The vines wrap around Mark’s feet but he manages to get a shot out towards the man in charge

Seeing as how Erix is next to the man, you can do sneak attack damage as well, here i'll roll it for you: 3

While one worg is in front, the other cannot get through to attack you all. The one in front is looking pretty beat now, with wounds all over it, but it still is able to lash out at Centurion, it's bite so powerful to possibly push him to the ground:

Attack: 16 Damage: 6 Piercing Damage. Also, Centurion must make a DC 13 STR saving throw or be knocked prone.

Group 5 is up, Erix

Also group 1 can also go, Centurion

Erix transforms from rat into a constrictor snake dropping on top of the man.

"Ahh, another druid huh?" He looks closely, "And a dragonmarked no less! You will make a fine meal for my girls. Thracia! Here's one for you!" The worg closest to you turns around and looks at you with what one could only describe as a smile. 

Centurion is up.

Centurion lashes with his sword. 

Attack: 18 Damage: 7 Slashing Damage.

The man then yells at Erix, "You will rue the day you decided to test the metal of Bertram and his girls!" His voice amplified with Thunderwave towards Erix:

Erix needs to make a DC 12 CON Save or take 11 Thunder Damage and be pushed back 10ft, on a save he takes half damage and is not pushed back.

Group 3 is up: Elero, Kit, and Mark

Group 1: Centurion

Group 2: Bertram

Group 3: Elero, Kit, Mark

Group 4: Worgs

Group 5: Erix

con save: 5 (Also got a question, can I target one of the worgs with animal friendship if I come out of wildshape?)

Kit attempts to scramble out the entangled vines again.

str sav: 7

Realising he’s stuck firmly in place, a spectral tentacle  emerges from behind his ear and extends through the tangled vines and through centurions legs towards the closest worg. .
BA spectral tentacle 2/2: atk: 7 damage 2

The spectral hand is thrown off by a vine as well. 

Also, the worg would be unaffected by an animal friendship spell.

Elero and Mark are up

Elero will throw his dagger at the wounded worg again, for 18 to hit and 6 damage, and then Return it to his hand.

That Worg is looking pretty beat now. But still up and fighting.

Mark is up

Mark looks at the wounded Worg and shoot

Attack: 24

Damage: 10

The Worg goes down, and Bertram howls in rage.

The other looks around and jumps at Mark, biting in rage:

Bite Attack: 6 Damage: 7 Piercing

Erix and Centurion are up:

Group 1: Centurion

Group 2: Bertram

Group 3: Elero, Kit, Mark

Group 4: Worgs

Group 5: Erix

Snake-Erix tries to constrict the druid.

Attack: 18 and on a hit the target is grappled with an escape DC of 14.

Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the snake can't constrict another target

The druid laughs, "You think you can catch me with snake form? I was turning into a snake before you were a glint in your parent's eye." He easily slips through your constriction.

Quick question: are the entangle vines still going, and if so, where are they?  Can the worg get at us through the vines?
