She glares at you, "More booze, and quickly. If I have to leave this city, i'm not gonna do it sober." She seems quite pleased that she's being treated with such servitude. However, she kicks the chest near her further away from you. Despite not being actively suspicious of you, she seems generally jumpy around the chest, it's important.
“And I, madam, offer more specialised beauty and self care service for our special guests aboard. Foot massage, tusk buff, chakra alignment. Thing to make your journey all the more relaxing.” His last few words are almost a gentle purr.
I’ll have Kit roll either a Performance or Deception check. If you pass a DC of 12 Garra will allow you to get close, if you fail by 5 or more she’ll see right through your act.
It occurred to me, too, that we didn't come up with a "go" signal before starting this. Maybe the DM will let us retcon one. If not, we can just wing it.
Elero - You notice that Garra's scarf hangs very heavy, and clicks as she stands up and starts to unwrap it.
Garra looks at Kit, "I see. You're those people. Rescued your friend did you? You know that the people she really works for are far worse than me don't you?" She smiles, "You still think you're working for the Watch don't you? Fools, utter fools. I suppose it won't matter in a few minutes when your dead on the tracks." She continues to unwrap her heavy heavy scarf.
I'll say that Mark can get a surprise round on Garra if he wishes. And yes i will allow you to retcon a 'signal' for someone to let Mark know to shoot.
"Watch from above!" Elero cries out in a high voice to signal Mark, secretly proud of himself for that turn of phrase, but mainly terrified at being in an enclosed space with the gargantuan Garra and whatever's in that scarf.
((Mark don't forget advantage from surpise; who knows crit can always happen;))

Erix calls forth his bear spirit again, giving everyone of us 7 temp hp and everyone within 30ft adv on strength checks and saves. After which he turns into a wolf and rushes towards Garra.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Garra’s chain scarf whistles as she smashes it into the wolf Erix running toward her:
Chain Attack: 12 Damage: 9 Bludgening, and Erix must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failure he is unconscious for 1 minute. He then repeats the saving throw if he takes damage and at the end of each of his turns, ending the effect on himself on a success.
Elero and Mark are up. This chain scarf is super nasty and has reach

Also, sorry for rolling for you prematurely. I usually wait just over a day to do that, but i was taking a punt that you'd do the same as the others.
"Ah, yes, of course, madam," Elero says hurriedly. "We can definitely get that for you." He turns to Erix. "Shall I go get that, then?"
“And I, madam, offer more specialised beauty and self care service for our special guests aboard. Foot massage, tusk buff, chakra alignment. Thing to make your journey all the more relaxing.” His last few words are almost a gentle purr.
While Elero's talking and fidgeting, he'll look around the room to see if he can spot any weapons Garra might have there.
Roll a Perception check Elero.
I’ll have Kit roll either a Performance or Deception check. If you pass a DC of 12 Garra will allow you to get close, if you fail by 5 or more she’ll see right through your act.
Performance: 6
he smiles with a cheesy grin
kit should have brushed his hair before suggesting he give a beauty treatment to someone else.
Rolled in the character sheet, Perception 17+3=20
Mark will find a way to secure himself to the roof and prepare his bow for the perfect time.
Slight flashback, Mark will talk with the others "We should have a signal so I know when to shoot. Maybe a special phrase?"
Y'all can pick the phase when you post.

I'll roll initiative now:
Group 1: Erix, Kit
Group 2: Garra
Group 3: Elero, Mark
Erix and Kit are up. Garra has almost finished unwrapping her scarf, and as the end hits the ground it makes a loud metallic thunk.
Kit, shocked that his efforts of disguise failed him, says
