Eberron: Rising from the Last War

Kit, who had been leaning against a wall picking wax from his ears suddenly stands up straight as he notice Elero disturbing the guests.

"C'mon comrade, don't think you can get out of dunnie [toilet] cleaning duties that easy. Now stop disturbing the guests." Kit says looking at Elero and shrugging his shoulders as if to say 'maybe this'll work.'

Kit then casually retrieves a scroll he had folded (not very neatly) inside his shirt. 

((lol, didn't even notice the treasure room on that map, but glad to know where it is.))

Erix will look if there is a bit more information regarding the building of the statue room, or about it's inventory that might help in finding out the password.

Investigation: 10

Elero DC 15 Deception check with Advantage from Kit's Help: 20

The people in the room scowl at Elero and Kit as the halfling man steps forward and closes the door. The two of you are out in the corridor again now, what's the plan?

Erix has no luck finding anything in the blueprints that might signify anything else apart from the secret room.

Thinking he has found what he can in the library he moves out, towards the guest rooms to see if he companions have any extra information. At least he now knows where to find the treasure room; that's something.

Mark will reply, "We can speak more freely at the ball tonight, for now, I will finish what I have been assigned to do. And as for the side hustle, I do it all for the love of coin, that is why we are in this business." Mark lets a wry smile and half laugh.

Mark will then move back out and connect with the others, "We will need to move quickly but no one should be in Orion's room and there my be information about the code in a secret compartment. Did you learn anything Erix in the library?" 

"Well, that was a bust," Elero says to Kit. "Thanks for the help.  Want to try the other two rooms?"

He'll Message Erix, hoping he's in range and nothing interferes with the spell. "Any luck in the library?  You can respond to this message."

"I know where the treasure room is, but not much about how to get into it unfortunately." Erix says "Where to now?"

Elero will turn to Kit, and relay the message, if the DM deems it was successful. "Should we help Erix in the library, or check these last rooms?"

“last rooms, baby. Just in case.” Kit says with a wink. “We’ve got a routine, a rouge,” he winks again, “if they’re occupied. If not, we’ll take every key in that room…. I wonder what they were talking so uppity about behind that door..”

kits getting that adrenaline look in his eyes 

Elero will wait for the DM to let us know if his Message got through to Erix before making his next move

Oh yeah, that would have got through to him, as well as the message back. 

What's the plan now? Keep searching guest rooms? Move toward the north-east section of the manor? Or go back to the statue room and try to open the secret door without the key or try to guess the password?

We know Orion's room so Mark would head there quietly. 

Stealth: 12

Elero will keep an eye out in the hallway and Message Erix again. "Is the secret anything you think I could help with?  If so, I'll join you.  If not, come help us search these rooms."

(Does Erix think it would be possible to become an animal small enough to get into the reasure room?)

Ok if Mark is trying to get into Alden Orien's apartments on his own i'll probably have to run that in a private message, as it is pretty far away from this part of the manor and is properly splitting the party. I'll send that message now.

Or even smaller?

Oh I thought it was down the hall my bad, he would not leave the area the others are at.

 (Has to be a beast of the right challenge rating, so not sure if ants fall under beasts; I guess its upto the DM^^ Spiders are an option for sure.)
