It is one warp beast. Though depending on how much time you spend fighting it might give the pack more time to try to catch up.

Arran sends off a blast of starlight, that lingers around the beast (guiding bolt using the second of 3 free casts per long rest assuming we didn't finish the rest)

The beast lunges at Ember, its claws outstretched.

(Yea, Granny mentioned that Mage Armor lasts 8 hours and Shield is a reaction. Combined with her dex and other non-armor defences it adds up. If it used weaopns she'd add Blade Ward)
Then he hefts his axe and lets out a war cry, charging at the attacking warp beast!
With his bonus action, he casts spirit shroud (choosing to deal Radiant damage as the spirits of ancient Goliath heroes encircle him)
With his action, he makes a two-handed attack against the monster with his battleaxe (at advantage from from the Guiding Bolt), casting booming blade in the process to deal extra thunder damage.
Beshlog's mighty blow staggers the beast, as blood spurts everywhere, you see that the beast has a new scar. a nasty one at that.
