EDIT: buffed Wolf1 damage. (forgot about your crossbow bolt) Correct me if it was to the other wolf before.

The boy manages to dodge one beast, but is ultimately gnoshed by the other. He grabs his spear and ready to counterstrike when an unknown wave of thunderous energy comes roaring from his left. He's just out of reach, however, and manages to grab his spear. He strikes out at the nearest beast, his #2's familiar providing the perfect distraction to strike forth with an admirable thrust of his spear!

[To hit: 21, Damage: 7]

Depending on whether or not the beast yet lives, he'll fall back to his partner, opting to protect her even at the cost of himself (if it does still live, he'll hold his ground for that same reason).

Roland's spear lands true, felling the wolf.

The other wolf, having just seen thunderous energy and a might thrust, decides whether to turn tail or fight.

I brainfarted on rolling the d20 twice, but both seem to have the same result. (Even prior to seeing "manipulated results" flag I saw a 5 and 7.)

The elf falls to the ground, bleeding profusely. The wizard's on her own.

"Not good!" yells Luz. Savras swoops in to help his master.

With aid from the owl countering the disadvantage of a raging wolf, Luz lets forth a blast a frost.

"Stabilize, Roland if you can, Savras!" says Luz. The owl goes to make a medicine check on the fallen elf. She finishes, "I'm not taking any more chances."

She utters another arcane word sending a barrage of magic darts towards the wolf.

With the unconscious Roland before her Luz tries to see if she can drag him, before realizing the going would be much too slow for practicality. She turns to Savras, "Head back to camp and see if you can get someone to come here with a horse." She'll keep watch over the elf while waiting for aid. During the wait she sees about doing some basic cleaning of the wolves. "More dangerous that intended, but waste not want not."
