Also Steel will use this reaction ability if either #5 or #6 attack Jaya:
Deflect Attack. The defender imposes disadvantage on the attack roll of one creature it can see that is within 5 feet of it, provided the attack roll is against a creature other than the defender.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Canti doesn't allow herself to cheer when both of her attacks land like she'd hoped, but she does feel heartened. As she prepares her BOW for another attack, a bolt flies over her head, causing her to flinch. That was too close for comfort. It's a good thing she's shorter than the average adventurer. She half decides to change targets, but when she sees Steel target that particular ... whatever it is, she aims two more arrows at #8 before ducking around the corner to gain more cover (down one square, left one square).
Pisgah takes the blows from the Leader and the arrow from one of the minions and roars his anger as he makes a longsword attack against the leader, 9 to hit, for 13 points of damage (8+3+2 rage damage). He takes a moment on the backswing trying to assess how he missed before hacking at the leaders head, 18 to hit, for 7 points of damage (2+3+2 rage damage).
The leading vampire is getting pummeled by the shots from Rico and slash of Pisgah, trying in vain to parry the second strike of the barbarian. At the end, he is still standing, but left bleeding out of puncture and slashing wounds in his fine suit.
Vampire 8 gets hit by both shots of Canti, roaring in pain and reeling, but still fighting.
Vampire 6 gets pummeled so hard by Steel that she falls over backward in a spray of blood, dead.
3 and 5 make attacks at Jaya: Vampire 3 to hit: 14, Damage: 6 Vampire 5 to hit (disadvantage from Steel): 6, Damage: 6
Vampire 4 continues attacking Pisgah: To hit: 15, Damage: 5
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
DM, on a side note, Pisgah will hold his tail swipe reaction to deflect one of the 3, soon to be incoming, attacks from the Leader. For that one attack, Pisgah's AC will be 22
OOC The DDB sheet doesn't have that reaction as a rollable option.
Nikkitch adjusts his stance juuuust past 4 (one square south), aiming to finish the leader. Push comes to shove, he can always get what he needs from a corpse. He points to the Leader and looses a well-placed Firebolt. As soon as it's free, he scurries back to the edge of the battlefield and waits.
(DM: Just to be clear, casting a spell/attacking while invisibility is active will cause the spell to end for Nikk, and if he's moving away, open him up to an opportunity attack from 4. Do you wish to proceed?)
Jayas strikes are devastating, cutting down both Vampires 3 and 5. They collapse to the floor.
Nikks fire bolt hits the leader, singing the suit. The leader takes that hit, surviving, but looking terrible. As the kenku scurries away, Vampire 4 tries to catch him with an opportunity attack. To hit: Nat1, completely surprised by the sudden appearance of the wizard he misses.
The leader raises up his hands, looking as miserable as a terrifying vampire can. He also seems to have lost his old speech pattern. "Mercy! We surrender! We have some money, take all you want if you let us live!" He stops attacking, but holds a defensive stance, gauging your reaction to his words.
Vampires 4, 7, 8 and 9 follow their leaders example, also raising their hands. 4's rapier and 7's crossbow clatter to the floor.
Pisgah wipes a trickle of blood from his mouth and asks the Leader "Why did you attack us? " as he looks over the leader and the nearby minions to see if they truly appear to be vampires or if they were running some sort of con. Perception check 15.
"All of you, drop any weapons and disarm yourselves then step over to the statue " as he points to the statue by Jaya and Steel, "and sit down on the ground with your hands on top of your heads."
Nikkitch gives a quick look around the immediate area before approaching anyone [Passive Investigation]. Money was one thing, but these "Vampires" were practiced in this ambush. They might have more.
Approaching the leader, Nikk throws the vampire's "old voice" right back at him. "Fool! Give us. Everything."
Responding to Pisgah, the leader says "To take your valuables. Reckon I could've sold that sword of yours for double the price you bought it for." By now, without the rush of combat, the vampires look less and less so. Some of them have smudges on their face, clearly some face paint that is coming off. Some of them are spitting out their fake teeth.
"Got a good thing going till you showed up. Most folks coming down are rich, dumb and are looking for an adrenaline trip. Soon as you shank one of their body guards, they drop their fancy sword and scurry back up." The bandit wipes some paint and blood off his face.
Upon Nikkitchs command, the bandits empty their pockets. You count 25 gold pieces. The leader grunts "If I have your word that you will let us go, I'll tell you where our stash is."
Other details in the room: Carved into the stone base of each statue is a name: Elyndraun (south statue), Ruathyndar (central statue), and Onthalass (north statue). These names have been crossed out with chalk; beneath them, new names have been added in a script unknown to the members of your party.
Lying at the base of the central statue are the bones of a humanoid and a white wooden staff broken in half.
Passages lead off to the west and north respectively.
All the bandits are now crowded around the southernmost statue, sitting there with their hands visible.
Hearing the leader's explanation, Pisgah says, "Hey guys, these folks seem fairly legit. I think we can keep their weapons till they take us to their stash and turn it over. Once they turn it over we can cut them loose with a gold a piece so they can leave the Undermountain if they want to. I think we may want to tie them up or collect their weapons and pat them down before we leave this area. We can keep a guard on them while Nikk and some of the others check out the room. Canti and Nikk seem pretty smart so they may be able to figure out what the deal is with statues."
When the vampires surrendered, Rico called out, "Steel, stand down!" so that Steel wouldn't keep attacking.
Rico will leave the dealing with the "vampires" to Pisgah, who has taken charge of them. Instead she works on damage control.
First she'll check over the team to see who is injured, and use her medkit to bandage (and heal) their wounds. (OOC: Who needs healing?) While doing so, she'll tell her construct, "Steel, repair youself."
Once the wounds have been taken care of, she'll gather the arrows that had been used, or the pieces of them. (OOC: as I remember, raw has half of the arrows used are recoverable, the other half are broken). She'll then mend the broken arrows before returning them all to Canti.3

We are now out of initiative, since one side has surrendered. Violent actions may reinitiate it. Winning this fight has earned you 240 EXP each.

Pisgah wants to do an insight check on the leader. Does he know if the leader is telling the truth with an Insight check of 5??? LOL!
Sure seems like it!
Nikkitch looks straight into the man's eyes. Whatever he sees, whether the leader is honest or not, he'll keep to himself, for now.
