 Ah sorry.  The Vrock is all that’s left and I had removed the too Barlgura already from the map and the combat tracker should show both of the Barlgura as dead.  Sorry. You hit the Vrock.

 The Vrock has resistance to Fire.  He also has magic resistance so advantage on the roll to save.  It rolled a 20 for a save..

1/2 of 22 = 11 and 1/2 of 11 is 5 damage.

Vrock has init:

Vrock attacks Ral and misses with the added protection from Petnan.  17 and 7.  The 17 was to self accidentally..

Petnan has init:

so ten damage isn’t going to be any amount to write home about but it helps

The two bolts damage the Vrock who hope too much from the magic trap.  Damage 10

 Went back to page 43.   I think ral has heroism potion but unsure if the 14 roll includes it.  

Ral comments, "This place is really weird ya know.  Uh Demons ey.  Let's see. I'll down a str potion, antitoxin and heroism then.  Smudge I'll count on you for healing cause the is my max."

I checked the formula and bless is included.  Just a low roll.
