Bok'Shir doesn't reply to Bridgette when she mentions the potions and divvying up later. She obviously didn't see him take his share already, but that is ok.
"Got what came for", he replies to Muck with a shrug, not remembering anything personally that they forgot to do.
Sildar will reply to Penley. "Do you still have Grunden's cart? I am sure there will be room for the coster's crates on there."
He also declines to take a share of the loot even if you had offered. He is in your debt already. You then head off back to Phandalin,.
The rutted track emerges from a wooded hillside, and you catch your first glimpse of Phandalin. The town consists of forty or fifty simple log buildings, some built on old fieldstone foundations. More old ruins—crumbling stone walls covered in ivy and briars—surround the newer houses and shops, showing how this must have been a much larger town in centuries past. Most of the newer buildings are set on the sides of the cart track, which widens into a muddy main street as it climbs toward a ruined manor house on a hillside at the east side of town.
As you approach, you see children playing on the town green, and townsfolk tending to chores or running errands at the shops in town. Many people look up and smile as you approach, but all return to their business as you go by.
Muck, in its unsettling humanoid visage, delights at seeing the children at play. Hoping to make a good impression, it tries to offer them rations with a "freindly" smile (not really understanding the difference between hard tac and candy).
Completely oblivious to their response, the green-hued humanoid asks the others, "So, where should we go? Ooh, hey... Is there a sewer in this place! I've heard of them and they sound great. Type of place a goo could really stretch out and get cozy, you know?"

Bok'Shir is more wary of the townsfolk than Muck, being a member of one those races not overly welcome in such places usually. He stays to rear of the group, ideally on the cart, shield equipped and eyes wary.
"Sewers good. Big folk not like sewers, leave alone", he replies to Muck as he leans over the rail of the cart. "Not sure this place big for sewer. Could be", he adds non-commitally.
"Where go get reward?", he asks Sildar, assuming he has been here before. "Coster, yes, yes? He have store?".
There is no sewer. Might be some pipes around that Muck could ooze through, but not people sized (even small). "You can get the initial reward from Gundren by delivering the cart with the goods to Barthen’s Provisions. If you go to the Lionshield Coster with the goods from the cave then Linene will be grateful. I can't promise a reward though."
"Point way. Like get paid now", Bok'Shir says, eager to get his payment and potential reward. "Once get coin, get food and drink. Could eat dozen rats", he adds licking his lips.
He jumps down from the cart, feeling a little more confident now he realises no villagers with pitch folks have raced out to greet them.
"Let's go to Barthen's first. After all, that is what we are hired to do." Penley says, staying on the cart, steering it towards wherever Sildar points him too.

Barthen’s Provisions is the biggest trading post in Phandalin. It stocks most ordinary goods and supplies, including backpacks, bedrolls, rope, and rations. The place is open from sunup to sundown. Barthen’s doesn’t stock weapons or armor, but characters can purchase other adventuring gear here, except for items that cost more than 25 gp.
The proprietor is Elmina Barthen, a young human woman with a kindly manner. She employs a couple of clerks, Ander and Thistle, who help load and unload wagons, and who wait on customers when Elmina isn’t around. She is around however. "Greetings. How may I help? Oh, hello Sildar, is that the cart from Gundren? I haven't seen him yet. Let me fetch your payment" and she brings out 4 bags of 10gp, handing them to each of you (except Sildar). She gives some curious glances each of you except "normal" muck, with some hesitation at Bok'shir, but no hostility, just uncertainty. "I am afraid Gundren was taken captive. As was I before these 4 also rescued me. Talking of, can I trouble you for 50gp as a reward to them, I am going to look at getting more of my belongings brought here, including my money, but it was all stolen by goblins, and you know I will repay you." "Oh no! That is terrible. Of course I can lend you that."
She brings out the additional 50gp, which she gives to Sildar, who then hands it out for someone to take and distribute it how you see fit. Ander comes in from outside. "Miss Barthen, there is some crates for the Lionshield Coster in there too, I think the cart might be needed to deliver them before we take it back"
"Thank you for the reward, it was our pleasure." Penley says with glee at the reward, he then turns to Ander "Yes, we found those in the goblins cave. We were planning to take the crates to the Coster after this, and then we'll return the cart, if that is alright with you" He says, flashing a crooked grin. He can be quite charming when he wants to be. It works better than being a belligerent, violent brute.

Bok'Shir eagerly takes the initial payment from Miss Barthen, eyeing her as warily as she eyes him. Once he has his share, he gives her a toothy smile, "Much thank".
When the additional reward from Sildar appears, he watches it closely, either taking it himself to distribute evenly or taking his share from one of the others. He keeps a hand on his coin pouch, as if he is worried someone is going to take it off him.
"Yes, yes. Do that, then go eat. Where best place?", he asks after Penley confirms their plan to head to Coster.
Penley chuckles when Bok'shir asks where the best place to eat in town is. Ah, maybe these folks aren't half bad. Their naivety and innocence is almost refreshing. Of course, they still act like children, so they can't be all that useful to his grand schemes. As Elmina answers, he pockets the coin he got, then checks his equipment. While the kobold and the storeowner are talking, he leans over to Bridgette "Considering these two's morals, maybe buying some more rope wouldn't be a bad investment." He looks at the half-orc, waiting to see what she thinks of this proposition.

"Yeah! Any place that serves normal human food would be great!" Announces Muck, loudly, smiling wide as it curiously fondles just about everything in the store.
"Oh!" It adds, turning to the shopkeper with a toothy grin and sparkle in its eye. "And, also, do you have a sewer here!? I've always wanted to see one."

"The Stonehill Inn is the best place for food and lodgings." "Much better than the Sleeping Giant definitely. And we don't have a sewer system. Just buckets and holes in the ground. We aren't too far from Neverwinter, they have sewers. But an odd desire to see one."
You then make your way to deliver the other goods. A wooden sign shaped like a shield and painted with a blue lion hangs above the door of this trading post. The building is owned by the Lionshields, a merchant company based in the city of Yartar, over a hundred miles to the east. They ship finished goods to Phandalin and other small settlements throughout the region. The owner of the Phandalin post is a human woman named Linene Graywind. In a back room, Linene keeps a supply of armor and weapons, all of which are for sale. "Thank you for returning those. Bandits have been trying to raid our caravans for months now. This was the first shipment to totally not arrive. Was it those bastard Redbrands? Oh and as a reward, take this, and also if I can ever help you let me know and I will see what I can do." And she hands over a further 50gp (this campaign seems generous. Not sure if that means you should be worried for what is coming up....)
Bok'Shir makes note of the name Stonewall Inn for later, before heading out to deliver the second shipment.
At the trading post, he looks up at the owner, noticing how little reaction she has to him. That makes him happy. He cocks his head to the side at mention of Redbrands.
"Rebrands being goblins?", he asks. "Goblins had crates", he explains.
He then looks to grab his share of the latest reward.
(OOC: Is Sildar with us at this point? Does he want a share of the reward or is he happy to go without again?)
“Eat first, yes, yes?”, Bok’Shir asks quickly after Muck and Bridgette offer their services. He doesn’t seem to mind which service of theirs is taken up.
If no one objects, Penley once again takes the bag of coin, designating himself as the carrier of the parties shared wealth. Or, he does this in his head, while the others are talking.
At the mention of bandits, his pointed ears noticeably perk up, and he looks at the woman, then at his companions as they offer their services. "Why would..." then he stops himself. Heroics weren't really his thing, but fame and rewards were. Especially since these people either had very deep pockets or they were very generous. Either way, they were paying him a lot of money, and he wanted more of it.
"Sure, sure. We can capture these bandits, and put them on trial. Me and my friends here will handle these ruffians, just like we handled those dastardly goblins!" he says, puffing out his furred chest.
Muck continues gripping the frog, refusing to let it out of sight, as it starts shlorping back out of the cave...
A thought suddenly occurs as it moves past some bodies. "Hey, were we maybe supposed to ask them something before we made them all dead?"
If we were, it doesn't seem to bother Muck as sentient sludge continues it's movement out through the cave without ever looking back.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
