How's Pfil, Jack? Has she gotten any new kinks for the next time I visit? More importantly, do these rumors have a location to track down the 'Daggers, or is Fist's idea to let them come to us our best bet?"
Almost unheard of among the Fay, Pfil the Fairy delights in BDSM submission more than freedom.
"Rowan and Reina have recovered quickly, I can 'quill you in' if you would like?" Jack often accepts bribes from the few customers who don't make appointments, hence the 'quill you in.' "If however you're looking to get your hands on some Daggers quick I heard several are being detained at the 4th street 'Barracks.'" All the city's guard barracks also contained some cells for 'temporary' confinement. "They tried to sink the 'Cracked Pearl' and were dumb enough to get caught."

"Pfil is an 'odd' one isn't she, always up for adding new kinks to her repertoire." Jack is lost in his thoughts for but a second or two before saying the last thing written above for Fist, that is actually only said once but directed at you both... "They tried to sink the 'Cracked Pearl' and were dumb enough to get caught." Just enough of each of your conversations overlapped so that you can follow that he is referring to Daggers.

Fyn's had a hell of a night. During Biscotti's funeral, Fyn was slipped a note by Ozburn, a fellow member of the Clique. Shortly after the funeral, Ozburn took his place and Fyn took on another face to lie low well Ozburn did what he needed to do. Then word got to Fyn that he was dead. Shit. Fyn knew pretty quickly that he couldn't use any of his regular 'masks', and so quickly formulated a new one- a Wood Elf male, a bit on the scrawnier side. Fyn is hiding out in a smaller, more run-down tavern, trying to stay safe and also figure out what the hell is going on.
Steelclaw just smirks unrolling the piece of paper he grabbed and heads back to the Night Ravens headquarters looking for anyone who might be around "Need some volunteers for something. Anyone down?"

There's a faint twitch in Fist's eye upon hearing this. A different kind of grin crosses his face. He'd thought 'bout givin' the twins a big heavy throbbing "project" to work on, but with this new tidbit of info, Fist feels a different kind of lust driving him. Some much desired bloodlust. Without so much as a word, Fist turns, tightening his knuckles with loud cracks and pops, and strides out of the establishment. The brute's headed for 4th Street...
After pacing around in the tavern for a bit, Fyn decides he can't just sit around. If they were after me, they are probably after the others too. Fyn leaves the tavern and heads through the streets, hoping to find anyone.
After sniffing around a bit, Asbestos finds nothing. He sighs a way a dog would sigh, more like a huff really. He then hears that other dog howl in the distance and copies just on instinct, yet it comes out pretty choppy in a way that more a chihuahua would try to howl. Just like all the other times he's tried to howl as a dog before. Still it was loud enough to call attention to himself. He winces, then frowns at the sound of it. It's been an off night.
Deciding to give up the act, he reverts back to his regular form, shaking like a dog the whole way through the transformation. 'Hrbrbrbrrr' And not all the way thinking it through, he takes out his crowbar, scrambles back up the dumpster, and attempts to open up the window.
You are able to jimmy the window open in no time with the crowbar. And since it's relatively quiet (compared to breaking glass) no one comes to investigate.
@Fyn
Give me a Perception check please.

IHow does "nvestigator Background Feature: Official Inquiry" come into play, if it can? I'm figuring Lace could be a (Front) company investigator but would she have connections with the guards? Ideas?
You’re experienced at gaining access to people and places to get the information you need. Through a combination of fast-talking, determination, and official-looking documentation, you can gain access to a place or an individual related to a crime you’re investigating. Those who aren’t involved in your investigation avoid impeding you or pass along your requests. Additionally, local law enforcement has firm opinions about you, viewing you as either a nuisance or one of their own.
Funny enough thing, with so much on your mind you get turned around and actually become lost for a second. You don't find anyone and it only takes a minute to note a few landmarks and regain your bearings.

The city guard and watch have reactions that vary from adversarial/competitive all the way to cooperative/friendly associate and anywhere in between. Those who view you as a nuisance will still eventually, begrudgingly help in some way. And those who treat you as one of their own will usually be grateful for any help in solving the case.

Once Fyn gets his bearings and figures out where he is, he sighs. It'll probably put a target on my head, but I don't see much other option. I head to the NIght Ravens headquarters.
Steelclaw just looks around “Got a lead on a way to give it to those fools trying to encroach on our turf and a way to get back at them for what they did for Fyn! A way to get some gold and blood, who’s in!” He shouts looking around waiting for volunteers.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

You quickly gather a number of Night Ravens who agree to follow you in your idea for payback against the Silver Daggers. Various shouts and yelps go up in unison, "Yeah!" and "Let's get them!" and "Steelclaw's got a plan to get the Daggers!" and "Huzzah!"

I walk into the headquarters as this shouting is happening. "Oh boy...." I mutter to myself, before shifting my form into its regular appearance and clearing my throat. "Can someone please explain what the hell is going on?"
'It is opened!' Asbestos looks shocked at the sight of it, as if he almost didn't realize he did it himself. 'Now what it is that lies inside. Treasure, perhaps? Yes?' He looks around, then shimmies himself into the window and lands on his feet with his arms extended at his side and crouches. 'Dun dun dunna!' A wide smile appears on his face. There is the smell of mischief in the air. Oh yes, just like in those mystery novels. He feels quite the detective today. Hmm, perhaps Lace would be proud!
He sniffs around the place (quite literally) and rummages into the documents to see what can be found. 'What could the Rooster that is Burnt be hiding?'A secret recipe... for disaster!' His thoughts come up with more stranger examples than that and it keeps on going. 'A formula of doom!'
If the 'Burnt Rooster' has a secret it isn't lying about out in the open, of that much you can be sure.

During the shouting and Steelclaw coming to the headquarters Smithy is still at work. He doesn't hear the commotion as the workshop is at the other side of the street, connected by tunnel. When he is done he walks into HQ again not finding Asbestos, or any other Ravens for that matter. He immediately heads out, with his Homunculus raven, towards the burnt rooster.
