Allure has learned a bit from past mistakes, he's far more careful now. He retreats farther behind his comrades, preferring the cover of their armor, casts Thaumaturgy, causing harmless tremors in the ground and shouts at the goblins:
Since we’re out of initiative, I will try to run up the the structure and inspect the gate and surrounding areas for how to get in. I would prefer to not go right in the front door, but am also assuming it’s probably barred and not a standard lock scenario. Rolls for whatever I find:
Allure, seeing how his move succeeded, gained some confidence.
"Do not be afraid, mortal," he said in the best otherworldly tone he could come up with. "We are no enemies with you or your master, and we needn't be. Come out, open the gate and take us to him!"
Persuasion: 15
I chose to roll with advantage, because goblin is already frightened, but it's at DMs discretion. If you disagree, the scores are right there, it should be easy to calculate.
(The goblins being frightened in this case has the opposite effect, as they have already been told to kill anyone coming to the fortress.)
As Grabius approached the doors and was ready to use his thieves tools he noticed- the door was unlocked. Opening the door he would notice it had a bar, but was left unbarred. The first room of the cave is pretty much empty, but lit by torches.
In that case, Grabius isn't too keen on rushing further in and away from the group. I step aside and, with the door open, try to see how the goblins get to the top of the wall--while allowing the rest of the party to approach (if they choose to do so).
(The DC is high for persuading them, the 15 didn't work)
Upon entering the cave rather than just looking inside two wooden doors are to the left and to the right, apparently leading to the top of the turrets. In addition, the back of room has a flight of stone stairs leading downward.
Zerxius, as quiet as night reaches the top of the turret. A quiver of 20 arrows rests against the stone as well as a sack of scrolls. This goblin ran away, seems he's out of sight.
Grabius reaches the top of the tower, where one goblin still cowers, expecting a frontal assault, not at all noticing the threat behind him.
Boxey is going to walk to the top of the tower as well. She stops at the goblin and shakes her head. "Show some dignity, At least have the guts to face us."

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
The goblin, just noticing it's attackers turned suddenly and screamed, readying it's bow. (if you wanna fight roll initiative, as the goblin is ready to fight back)

(About 20 feet in a turret, there are no doors visible on the turret, but between the turrets is a gate)

** Looks like i am running back into the woods :)

3 insight check
(Also the walls are made of stones, like cobblestone)
The goblins panicked. One goblin ducked down, gaining full cover, and the other goblin fled.
(Nevermind the initiative XD)

Zerxius whispers to Grabius..."want to go "surprise" the guards?

Grabius can't hold back a grin and whispers, "Always." As he pulls out a dagger, he stealthily opens the door to the left and heads swiftly upwards.
Zerxius checks the door to the right--if unlocked going up
