As Gotrek carefully opens the door he finds himself looking into a room that is fifty feet east to west and forty feet north to south. Four old wooden tables with bench seats stand in the middle of this room, and shelves full of plain clay crockery and wooden platters line the walls. To the west, two windows look out into the canyon beyond the monastery walls and the setting sun is streaming through them. Two doors lead from this room to the north.
Grin would look in that door and turn to the group. "Well that looks like it could be an eating area... so where is the kitchen?" The shifter would say scratching his cheek.
Left side, we are near the outer wall so the kitchen probably is to the left and the people to from the middle of the building on the right. At least that’s how it works in halfling buildings!

As Gotrek opens the door he is assailed by the smell of burnt toast or bread. He realizes that the room is 30 feet north to south and 40 feet east to west and an adjoining 20 foo by 20 foot area in the northeast corner. There are two big brick hearths in the middle of this room, and he can just discern a few coals still glowing in the hearths. Sacks of flour, casks of salted fish, crates of dried vegetables, and wheels of cheese clutter the walls, along with well-worn work tables and a collection of mismatched cutlery. There is a doorway to the west.
Smiling in triumph, "We have finally found it! Do we want to finish searching these last few rooms? Or do we just take what we can carry and get out of here?" he asks his companions
Gotrek nods in agreement. Putting his Axe away, he picks up what food that he can, trying to take a mixture of fish, cheese and vegetables. When everyone else has what they can, Gotrek will lead the group back the way they came.
As the party is exploring the kitchen they notice that there is a door in the northwest corner. The door marked in the western wall is actually a doorway.
Tibold can see that the door has a bar on their side of the door and when he peers through the window in the southern section of the northern wall he sees a set of steps leading up to the door.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gotrek shrugs and then looks back apologetically at Thromkor. "Guess this is what the group wants to do." He carefully puts his collected food down in a pile next to the wall, before drawing his Axe and walking up to the door. Unless Tibold insists, Gotrek will lean up against the door and listen for sounds of anything on the other side. (Perception: 6). If he doesn't hear anything he will lift the bar and open the door.

Again Gotrek does not hear anything.
DM - Stopping a god in his tracks
Confident that there is nothing behind the door, Gotrek checks if the door is unlocked and if it is, pushes it open. Axe ready for any surprises.

Gotrek heads into the room, waiting to see if the others have any input before checking the next door.
which one left or right

Ok the party is now grouped around the left hand door as you face it. Thromkor does not hear any sounds.

"If I've learned anything in this cursed place," Thromkor says, "it's to cut and run. Let's load up and leave. We can come back."
(If no one else speaks up)
Gotrek nods in agreement. Putting his Axe away, he picks up what food that he can, trying to take a mixture of fish, cheese and vegetables. When everyone else has what they can, Gotrek will lead the group back the way they came.
Jackpot! I’m so hungry, let’s load up and tonight we can feast!

Tibold gestures towards the door.
"To me, it seems not unwise to explore before the denizens of this place are able to regroup, if indeed any remain. Shall we?"
And that's all I have to say about that.
Grin would pick up as much food as he could carry (not much) before nodding "I think we should check out the rest of these rooms as well"
Tibold can see that the door has a bar on their side of the door and when he peers through the window in the southern section of the northern wall he sees a set of steps leading up to the door.
