Nathan to Urselles, whispering: "I haven't met her yet, but that thing was really... indecent. I could understand somebody REALLY freaking out about it."
"Yes, let's go to Isa's house maybe you will find some clues of necromancy or undead there or anything that could lead us to solve the mystery!"
Normand speaks up; "Ah, yes, John. I should actually check on him. I've got other duties today as well. I will likely not be able to join you until late this night."
Isa looks relieved to be going home. She seems unsettled here. The group avoids Dar's angry magical pacing, and sneak out the tower. Normand and Han stay behind.
The barkeep looks you up and down, then hands you a likely dirty mug and a gallon pitcher, saying; "79 coppers." In a curt gruff voice.
The men in rags and dust leave the tavern, spreading their tales of disaster and doom to all they meet. Some don't even stop when they're at the town's borders. The rest of the tavern returns to drinking.
Kizori takes two silver pieces from his coin purse, and gives them to the bartender. "The commotion was my fault. For your troubles." He pours a glass from the gallon jug, and then ties it to his pack strap so that it would hang relatively safely in front of him. He quickly downs the glass he poured and heads back into the street to find Eliath.
Hearing the story from the two men Croak replies "If it's not one thing it's the other in this town. Say, where did you learn of this monster? I saw some commotion earlier."
"Did any of you see this monster? What did it look like?" whispering to the others Nathan says "Gods, Croak, I can't even imagine why any of the common people would still want to live here... If it is not ghosts it is some monster."
Kizori, what you drink is probably the worst beer you've ever tasted. The barkeep pockets the money as you walk away. Eliath has a look of concern; "What happened in there?" She asks.
The two men attempt to continue running hysterically; until they hear Nathan's question. One claims; "It's a monstrous creature that can consume towns in a single gulp!" The other replies; "No, its an endless wave of badgers!" They briefly argue for a minute before agreeing that its; "...Doom! Doom for the town!!"
They continue their rampage of fear right out of town; didn't even stop at Dar's.
“What in the world is going on, they don’t even know what’s coming and yet they’re horrified, I’m wondering at this point if this is just some rumor blown out of proportion”

As Kizori and Eliath discuss the tavern situation, a band of people are seen in the distance. They stand out due to the incredibly large gray skinned man, followed by a man who's scars can be seen a block away. After is another human male and a little old lady. It isn't until Eliath points out a fellow worshiper of Eldath, that Kizori sees the small priest beside the woman.
Nathan, you suddenly remember that no one checked the stables and turn towards them, only to see a giant walking turtle. Beside it is a dirtied white robed woman, dressed similar to Urselles.
Kizori sighs, "Seems trying to warn the people here of the beast may have been a mistake. They were at each other's throats before we got here, and the news just made it worse." He seems slightly distraught at having created a panic.
Urselles notices Nathan stop for a second "hay Nathan why did you" the small Goblin's eyes then shift over to the giant turtle man and... another priest of Eldath Urselles looks suprised by this pair, she's never seen a turtle person before
Kizori sounds exasperated as he turns to those speaking to him, "Yes, it's my fault. I told them about a giant badger I have been tracking. At least I think it is." Kizori grumbles, and pops the cap off his mead jug, taking a drink before replacing the stopper. "Eldath spoke to my friend here, telling us we must try and stop it peacefully."

Shalech will insight check these men...

Shalech tells the men, "Quick go to Dar's tower and inform him now! And don't just barge in, knock first!"
