"Doom and Gloom my friend, doom and gloom. Good luck with the badger, how long until it gets here? We have our own problem coming in two days. One fire at a time, ya'know? Feel free to tell us more on our travel. We are headed this way. That is of course, if Miss Isa doesn't mind the company."
"you think that's enough to send these people into a panick, they're seen me and Croak and they didn't get into this much of a frenzy"
Hearing Urselles, Shalech bursts out laughing, "Well that's it Croak, I'm calling you 'Monster' now. But you do have a kind manner about you, managing to not scare the villagers away!"
Nathan introduces himself: "My name is Nathan Fryer, I am an apprentice of Dar, one of the most powerful of the local wizards. What are your names, and what brings you here to Northbank? Are you just after this giant badger, or is there anything else?"
The young priest of Eldath speaks up; "My name is Eliath. We were following the massive trail of what used to be a badger. We tried to cut ahead of it; and looks like we did. We are unsure of where it is at the moment; but it's likely in the hills north of town."
She looks to the north, drawing your eyes, and you all see what looks like a young trapper; which most of you recognize as Joran. He seems to be running right towards all of you. When he gets just in earshot, he calls out; "Dragon!!"
He's winded as he approaches. "I saw it, a dragon in the hills... *heavy breathing* ...heading towards the village. Must be twenty feet long! *huff* Came straight to you all!" Joran looks over the group and does a double take upon seeing Kizori.
"I don't think it is a real dragon, but it could be the badger - at the same time, we promised to take care of the ghost business! How about we take a look at the "dragon," and then come back to Isa's house?"
Isa looks back at Dar's tower, nervous to go those several blocks alone; but she runs that way after only a moment's pause.
Eliath runs just behind Kizori; her robes billowing behind her. She waves cutely to Urselles as they run.
Soon the group reaches the northern part of town, the buildings long devastated by time and neglect. At the peak of a hill just outside of town, sits a large copper dragon. Kizori, it is doing exactly what you expect; digging into the ground looking for food, knocking over and crewing on trees and shrubbery, and other actions more fitting a badger than a dragon.
"Eldath only told me it was a badger in need of help. I have no idea how to. We do not have a trap that big..." Eliath shakes her head, trailing off.
Joran looks confused. "Wait..., that's a badger? But... How?" Hearing Croak, he adds; "There are no gates, or militia. There's not even walls; where do you think you are?" Joran then remembers how big Croak is, and quickly drops his attitude, looking a little meekly.
(Double checked my notes, and somehow Croak was right, it is a copper dragon, not a bronze. Lol)

Hearing Urselles, Shalech bursts out laughing, "Well that's it Croak, I'm calling you 'Monster' now. But you do have a kind manner about you, managing to not scare the villagers away!"
Isa nods at Croak's invitation of the two new adventurers. "The more the merrier, especially when my life is on the line."
Nathan introduces himself: "My name is Nathan Fryer, I am an apprentice of Dar, one of the most powerful of the local wizards. What are your names, and what brings you here to Northbank? Are you just after this giant badger, or is there anything else?"

Shalech turns towards Joran, "This place is unbelievable... Joran, what is this about a dragon?"
He's winded as he approaches. "I saw it, a dragon in the hills... *heavy breathing* ...heading towards the village. Must be twenty feet long! *huff* Came straight to you all!" Joran looks over the group and does a double take upon seeing Kizori.
"WAIT, oh never mind" Urselles looks back at the group "should we go check that out"

Shalech looks around at the group and down at his hands and says, "Umm, a dragon... There's not much I can do against a dragon."
Kizori barks out, "Thatmustbeourbadger." Before running off in that direction.
"I don't think it is a real dragon, but it could be the badger - at the same time, we promised to take care of the ghost business! How about we take a look at the "dragon," and then come back to Isa's house?"
“Sure, although I’m a bit upset at not being able to help Isa at the moment, this is very pressing issue we face” Urselles chases after the Tortle

Very confused, Shalech follows the others as they run off after this badger-dragon.
Croak can't help but chuckle to himself at all the panic and confusion.
"A dragon today or a ghost tomorrow. Miss Isa, perhaps you should warn Dar of this danger and seek shelter. "
He runs along with the Tortle, introducing himself along the way, "Name's Croak. What's a giant badger rampaging around for?"

Shalech looks baffled, "It looks like a dragon, but isn't acting like a dragon. What can you tell us about this?"
Kizori shrugs, "Nothing much personally. Maybe Eliath can tell us more?" He says quizzically as he turns to face her.
"Well why call it a badger when it is clearly a dragon? We must retreat, alarm the militia and shut the gates."
He had never seen a dragon. Its copper color and odd behavior stood out to Croak.
