Attempting to get a shot around Yakeerk, Irob will loose a firebolt at the hobgoblin. The glowing cogs behind him shining brighter with every spell he casts.
"This one is a bit fiestier than expected isn't he Yakeerk?". Zaerra points a finger at the hobgoblin and those close enough can hear a sorrowful bell toll around them. Wisdom saving throw required by the hobgoblin. If they fail they take necrotic damage.
Damage for failed save: 1
If the hobgoblin is missing any hit points the damage is this instead: 11
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Irob'sfire bolt catches the hobgoblin full in the face and it doesn't even have time to scream, just falls over dead.
Yga pafs the smuggler for minimal damage, but with all his allies down, the young, wispy bearded smuggler steps back and in a querulous voice says "Parlay?"
Yga will cast spare the dying on Sanbalet and then bind him.
Can you explain how you're binding him, or what parts of the body. Just in case.. you know.. it makes a difference. I'm sure it wouldn't but.. better just tell me. ;-)

Hobgoblin wisdom save - 13
The hobgoblin grits his teeth and resists the necromantic magic of the spell.
"Oh, I'm going to cut you open and pull your guts out in front of you!" he spits at Zaerra. "Just as soon as I'm done with Whoville here!"

Current situation update!
All the currently available smugglers are dead or dying except one young human male, probably in late teens or early 20s. He has asked for parlay.
Sanbalet, the leader of the group is currently dying near a wall (two death save successes, one failure).
The hobgoblin who just died has very fine scale mail (medium) armour. Probably magical.
Yga will cast spare the dying on Sanbalet and then bind him.
Can you explain how you're binding him, or what parts of the body. Just in case.. you know.. it makes a difference. I'm sure it wouldn't but.. better just tell me. ;-)
