As Darthos slowly makes his way across the bridge, he nods at Kim, acknowledging her orders on helping Yuri, and when he tunrs towards the cave he hears Renvalm suggest they surprise their foe. Knowing that he's far too weak to try and face a goblin head on, he runs towards the line of trees and prepared a fire bolt spell and holds it in his blackening hands, the flames writhing with destructive intent as he waits to see an enemy so he can fire off the spell.

Although Kim is not very good at taking care of someone, but she has learned that cooling down the body, allows it to survive for a little longer. She starts channeling a ray of frost into her hands, but instead of blasting it at the goblin that laid before her, she knelt down by its side, stretching over the goblin. Her hands moved slowly along the length of its body, but never touching it, probably to make sure she didn't do more harm than good. She looks up to Gramgran, "Cold preserves the body for a short time. I am just trying to give you time."
The goblin is covered in cold energy, cooling his scorched body. The goblin becomes stabilized, but without magical healing, he won’t wake for 2 hours.
The group at the cave mouth has been there for about 10 minutes. The snarls and clanking has slowed to a stop and nothing but water from the stream has come out the mouth of the cave.
For what seems like ten minutes Renvalm starts to hear the snarls and clanking begin to stop. All of this was highly suspicious and Renvalm began to wonder but could possibly be going on in there. "Everyone stand down, It looks like they aren't coming out for the moment so we need to decide what to do now. The goblin that Gramgran stabilized may take a while to recover, we need to decide if we continue pursuing the goblin inside or wait for the one outside to recover and gather information from it."

Yuri Naïlo
Sheathing his sword, he looks to both Renvalm and Darthos. "All clear." Moving towards where Kim and Gramgran are hunched over the other goblin, he glances around, trying to see if there are any plants or mosses nearby with healing properties.
Darthos lets his hands drop, the skin slowly beginning to trickle back onto the charred arm from the effects of the fire bolt spell as he approaches Yuri and Renvalm. "I don't think we should continue," he says to Ren, running a hand through his hair, "Splitting us up would weaken us, wouldn't it? We could perhaps wait until Gramgran and Kim get the answers they need from the goblin, while someone keeps watch at the cave mouth."

"I agree Darthos, I'll wait here and keep watch but stay alert and be ready to act just in case someone comes out." Staying where he is at the side of the entrance Renvalm gets into position so he can see inside but not leave his body exposed. He begins to feel anxious about waiting but knows that if they go in without any intel it could spell disaster for everyone.

Is everyone headed over to Kim’s and Gramgran’s location with the goblin? Anyone keeping watch?
While waiting, everyone can take advantage of a short rest. Use up hit dice if you need/want to.

Darthos walks up to Kim. "Perhaps I can help you in getting information from the goblin," he says with a raised eyebrow. "Considering the way I look, and my features, I could perhaps scare and intimidate him, threaten him and the like, and then you come in and well... soothe the information out of him. How does that sound to you?"

Kim nods her head, "That could work, but there is one exception. I have never been good at playing nice. I usually am the intimidating one when interrogating prisoners. So, I think we should play bad cop and worse cop."
She looks at the group and realizes she probably shouldn't go overboard. She wants the info, but she still needs them to trust her. *Maybe using Darthos will work and I won't have to do anything.*
"Does anyone have any healing salves? It would be best to wake him quicker rather than later. Remember, Gundren could be on a time limit. If we can't heal him and wake him to get her information in 30 minutes, I vote we slay him and push on. I know we don't want to be blind again, but we are here to rescue him and time is of the essence."
She starts looking to the others to see what their response is. She grew curious of how they may want to handle this situation. She was careful in her words to let them know that she wanted to hurry, but she would follow what the group thought best. As she is waiting for responses she starts unconsciously playing with her amulet.
As he strolls across the ice bridge and to the rear of the group - positioning himself with a good view and clear shot of the cave - Morpetor joins the conversation.
“If we can get information from this fellow, then let’s give it a try, but I am afraid that there may be even more of our goblin friends further inside.”
"There might be indeed," Darthos agrees as he looks back over at Morpetor. "I would have gladly sent my familiar into the cave had it not been shot down. And alas, calling it back is going to take another hour."
Considering that, it was far easier to simply question the goblin in his mind. Of course this was also something else that he'd never done before and the thrill of trying something new was beginning to course through him. A sort of adrenaline rush. At that moment however, he couldn't help but feel somewhat underwhelming; everyone in this group was experienced in their own ways; Morpetor was an elf and so by that alone he probably had several lifetimes of experience, Kim was a solider and things like this was seemingly routine for her, and of course the other warriors like Ren and Yuri had looks in their eyes that bespoke of a know-how on skills in carving out a body. Then there was gramgran, old and with that age came an experience similar to perhaps that of Morpetor's.
Out of them all, he couldn't help but feel that he was the only one that had experienced the least. His little village had been raided by drow, that was common enough considering he lived so close to some entrance to the Underdark, but he'd never defended the city. The wildest thing, other than having come along on this strange adventure, was getting lost in the upper regions of the Underdark and that alone almost killed him. But despite all that, he wasn't going to let his inexperience get in the way and cloud an opportunity to mold himself into something greater. He would learn from these lot the best he could, and what better way to learn than to experience the life they perhaps lived on a daily basis?
"Well I could heal him, but that would be my last spell of the day. And no offense Kim, but this little guy looks like it'll take a while to wake up. Almost dying does that to you dear. So we can wait a few hours, or we can just go on in carefully. This isn't a kill all goblins mission. It's a rescue mission right? Just sneak through, and find Gundren and Sildar."
Kim gains some concern on her face at the question from Gramgran. She trys to compose herself, but doesn't quite hit her mark. "No, this is a rescue mission. I'm sorry. I just didn't want him to wake up and attack us from behind. Plus he attacked us, so I was thinking defense, not murder, but I see where I crossed the line."
She didn't actually feel like she crossed the line, after all any battle is war. Its kill or be killed. Kim didn't want to get on Gramgran's bad side though, so taking the facade that she was wrong was probably best.
She then turns to the others and ask for their ideas. "So, do we go in as a stealth mission or should be go through in a stronger formation and just fight our way through. If we take it head on to get through quickly, I volunteer to go in first so no one gets the first attack. I feel I should take that risk. However, I am okay with trying to be stealthy, but I personally just am not good at it. If someone else is good at moving quickly and silently, then I would gladly let them take charge."

Yuri nods at Renvalm and positions himself to the left of the cave entrance. He slings his shield onto his back, taking his sword in two hands.
