Pip says to Yuri, "that would be swell, mister. I never talked to the wizard that was staying here. He never left his room much." He cuts through the wind a few more times. "I could show you a secret tunnel in the woods. I haven't found it yet, but," Pip mother grabs him by the shoulder and pinches him. "Ouch," he screams. "Now you go along now Pip." She ushers him away from the group. "There's a few kids in town that know how to get into trouble. My boy is one of them. Carp is a friend of my sons. He says he found a tunnel in the woods, but the Redbrands stopped him before he could go into the tunnel. Pip says he is going to find and explore that tunnel before Carp does. To be honest, I think that boy makes up half of his stories."
Harbin says to Gramgran, "they had been coming from the north, but the Redbrands have been able to stop damn near all the raids. They have been a godsend to this city." He looks over the group. I'm not sure what your plans are here in the city, but I suggest you stay out of trouble. We are a city of order, no matter what that man says." He nods toward Sildar. "I must get back to work. I'm a very busy man." He ushers the guards to come back into his office to escort you all outside.
She waves goodbye to Harbin and leaves with her group. Turning to Sildar outside she says, “Sildar, arguing with someone you want information from is not a good way to learn that information. But we do have a direction and we can find the manor. So let’s meet up with the others and tell them what we’ve found.”

Yuri stands and does his best to look earnest as he addresses Pip's mother.
"I'd be interested to know the location of this tunnel all the same Madam, if my friends and I were to investigate it, we could let you whether it's safe for your boy and his friends. But I guess right now, I wonder whether you'd tell us about Iarno's room? Did it seem as though he left in a hurry? Did he leave anything behind in it?"
Yuri's eyes narrow as he tries to determine whether he's being fed a line.
"Pip doesn't know where the tunnel is and I hope he never finds it. His friend Carp taunts him that he knows and Pip does not. if you want to try asking the boy yourself, he and his folks live south of here. They're farmers with a decent plot of land." Trilena continues, "Iarno did not seem to in any such hurry. He had just left one day and never returned. After a few days, we cleaned out the room of some clothing, but nothing out of the ordinary was found."
Kim tells Pip, "Once we get this figured out, I will teach you this," she creates the equivalent of a snowstorm in the palm of her hand, "that way even when your friend tries to give you trouble you can show him your skills of magic to make him jealous. You must promise though, to not use it on him or anyone else unless you are in danger." She makes a wide smile and stands up, releasing the magic in her hand.
Kim turns to Yuri and Ren. "We need to go ask the other child about the possible cave, but we cannot all leave here in case the others come back. Suggestions?"
Raising a hand in a gesture intended to placate Trilena, Yuri tries his best to smooth things over in case he's caused offence. "Madam, I only meant that we could make the tunnel safe. I know exactly how enticing adventure can be to a young boy and how little they tend to pay heed to their parents wishes."
As he talks Yuri is reminded of several times he managed to get into scrapes venturing a little further from home than he was meant to be.
"One last question though, is Iarno's room let? Would we be able to check if he left a message for us. It's not like him to just up and leave."
Turning to Ren and Kim, "I'll stay, wait for the others."
Trilena isn't upset with you or anything. She's more upset that her son fails to listen to her about wondering off. "Boys will be boys, " she says in a solemn tone. "As far as Iarno's room, there's a gentleman occupying it currently. I can assure you, there was nothing to be found. We run a quaint inn as you can tell. There should not be anywhere to hide anything."
”Yes yes dear, let’s head back now.” Gramgran will grab the notice about the orcs as she heads out.” They head back to the inn.
The notice reads:
"REWARD—Orcs near Wyvern Tor! Those of a mind to face the orc menace should inquire within." The notice bears the town's seal and an indecipherable signature.
Yuri shrugs, seems like the only lead they now have is the Manor House that Iarno was seen walking towards.
"If I may change topic slightly? Is there anything you can tell.me about Tessandor Manor?"
"Tresender Manor was the manor of the Tresender family. They were the wealthiest family in the area centuries ago, but since have all died off. As far as I know, most, if not all are buried on the property grounds. The manor had been abandoned until the Redbrands began using the manor for the center of their operations."
As Gramgran tears off the notice, Morpetor reads over her shoulder.
“I’m going to inquire about this notice.” Morpetor turns on his heals and heads back into the building.
“Kind sir, excuse the interruption, but we could not help but see the notice outside your building and thought our troupe of adventurers would be up to the challenge. What information might you have for us to help us with this endeavor?”

Doors locked behind you. Seems the Townmaster doesn't want to be bothered further with uninvited guests.

OOC Is she on the level with that?

Yeah. Doesn't seem she has any reason to lie about it.
