OOC - so what’s our next step from here?

 Gramgran

Gramgran takes the head from Renvalm, saying, "Don't worry dears, I've got this." She hoist the head out of the tunnel into the cavern and walk up to Kim. "Here you go sweetie. The head of their leader."

(Sorry group. Work has been nuts!) 

Ren, without speaking goblin doesn't quite get a good read on Yeemik's intentions. "Yeah, we have a deal," Yeemik say to Kim in goblin with a slight grin. Yeemik screeches in joy as Gramgran enters the cavern with the head. Yeemik yells at Gramgran to in common to give the head to one of the other goblins, pointing with his knife to a goblin on the same level as you before returning to speak in goblin. "Yous must have a lot of gold with you seeing as you are strong adventurers." Yeemik moves closer to Sildar lowing his blade to Sildar's level. Sildar yells out, "don't trust him!" Yeekim hits Sildar across the face, slinging blood onto the cave wall. "Part of the deal is gold too hooman!" 

Renvalm Hellhelm
Lvl 2 | Human | Barbarian 

Renvalm starts to feel the familiar rage start to build and he grips the handle of his axe tightly. Looking at Yuri beside him he says, "It seems like negotiating isn't going to work, we may have to act fast to save Sildar. Get ready to attack Yeemik with any range attacks you may have. Get the others ready to move in and concentrate everything on Yeemik and stress that we should make sure to not hit Sildar."

Kim responds to Yeemik, "Of course there is gold involved. The most valuable thing I have is an amulet that this sweet old lady has. Let me retrieve it from her and give it to you as the payment."

Kim walks towards Gramgran, glancing at the others so quickly that it might not even be noticable. She then speaks in common the same thing she said to Yeemil, but to Gramgran, flashing her the demonic smile she wore before in a previous battle. Once in range of her, she extends her hand, "Thank you for holding on to my valuable item."

Kim cast whisper and let's everyone know she is about to launch the first attack and for everyone to get ready. 

She turns on her heels, walks half the distance between Gramgran and Yeemik, then speaks things in goblin that she is glad most of the party cannot understand, sending a Ray of Frost at Yeemik.

OOC - i will add a roll for this when i have my computer.

Gramgran 

Seeing as how the group knew there was about to be a fight, Gramgran immediately sends a guiding bolt to Yeemik after Kim attacks.

Morpetor 

Fire begins to form from the orb in Morpetor’s hand, and he shoots his fire bolt at the target.

Renvalm Hellhelm
Lvl 2 | Human | Barbarian 

As soon as everything kicks off Renvalm let's the rage wash over him. Greataxe in hand, Renvalm climbs up the cliff wall and runs towards Yeemik, bringing it down towards his head. 

Attack: 11 Damage: 12 

Using inspiration to hit: 23 

Athletics: 19

After Renvalm's words, Yuri readies himself. He knew that Gramgran, Morpetor and Kim could attack at range and that he should make sure he stopped as many goblins as possible from getting to them.

As the spells began to fly, Yuri watched Renvalm peel off towards Yeemik and he knew that he needed to impose himself between the other group of goblins and the rest of the party. Moving swiftly, he places himself between Kim and the group of five goblins, attacking the nearest with his mother's longsword.

Attack: 10 Damage: 9

The goblins seem they've been in this position before and are ready for battle. Their gear remains close to them and they are able to grab it quickly. A couple goblins are also able to grab their shields. All goblins are now brandishing scimitars, including Yeemik.

Morpetor also releases a blast of magical energy, that also fails to strike Yeemik. Yuri moves deeper into the cavern attacking against goblin 1. His blade misses the fast moving goblin warrior. Kim's ray of frost launches out toward Yeemik and shatters against the cavern wall.

Yeemik moves over to Sildar, giving him a strong kick in the middle of his chest. Sildar falls back and off the ledge of the cavern. Goblin 1 will parlay with his attacker, Yuri. "You die now," the goblin yells. Goblin 2 will get in on the attack against Yuri as well. Goblin 3 take a strike against Kim. Goblin 4 and goblin 5 will disengage and move south up the steps toward Yeemik.

Renvalm makes his way up to Yeemik. His axe cuts into Yeemik's shoulder spilling blood.

Top of the order 

Kim is now frustrated taking a hit in the back from a goblin and watching Sildar get kicked from the cliff. She takes a few steps back to place the right amount of distance between herself and Yeemik. She starts transforming again into the blue and white color patterns again with a small ice storm swirling her. She commands it to lash out at Yeemik casting Ice Knife. 

Attack 15

The damage for Yeemik and Goblin 3 if he is withing 5 feet of Yeemik if they don't succeed on a Dex save of 13. 3

Gramgran will run to the edge. If she sees Sildar, she will Channel Divinity-Preserve Life, heal him for 8, and Kim for 2.

As she channels her goddess, she smiles. The prayer she says is simple but full of meaning. "May you bring us joy my goddess." Kim and Sildar suddenly feel full of the joy of life, like they have to keep living just to feel this joy a little longer.

Morpetor 

After his terrible miss, Morpetor focuses on his orb, hurling another fire bolt at Yeemik. 

Attack: 12 Damage: 8

The goblins blows ringing harmlessly off his armour, Yuri turns to goblin one and says "Not before you" in goblin. He then thrusts his sword forwards attempting to run the goblin through.

Kim's form changes back to her normal black and pink colors after the feeling of joy rushes in her from the healing of Gramgran.

Gramgran rushes up the stairs passing by goblin 5 who takes an attack of opportunity. He screeches as he swings his rusted blade at the groups elderly mentor.

Yuri takes his sword to goblin 1. After the threat to the goblin, the goblin is unable to move before the blade plunges into the goblins stomach. Yuri pulls his blade from goblin 1, who falls to the ground in a dead bloody mess. Morpetor and Kim continue the barrage of magical energy. Morpetor's fire bolt hits the wall and explodes, shaking the cavern floor. Kim's ice will shatter above the goblins. Goblin 4, who is close by, will attempt to get out of the way of the sharp shards of magical ice. Yeemik will laugh a goblin screech as Kim's magic misses. 

• Goblin 4 dex save: 19

Goblin 2 will disengage as a bonus action and dash past the group, fleeing down the cavern tunnel you came in from. Goblin 3, in anger, will attack Yuri after seeing his goblin friend slayed. Goblin 4 will attack the savage Renvalm. Goblin 5 will attempt to push Gramgran from the ledge of the raised. Yeemik removes a javelin and throws it toward Kim. Yeemik does not seem very happy with all the magic coming his way and wanted to put a stop to it.
