Linene tells Yuri and Ren she has most of the common types of armor and weaponry available. She also tells you for your honorable actions in returning the supplies, she will assist you in town as much as she possibly can. 

Lionshield Coster Supplies

As Gramgran turns, she does not see Sildar. Seems he doesn't enjoy the company of another. It seems to you that maybe it is best for you not to tag along on a mission to find a skittish wizard. Halia lets out a small laugh when you turn back to her. It seems she watched as Sildar made his exit without you knowing. "Guess you don't have much going on anymore it seems." 

Yuri passes Renvalm 10 gold and keeps the remaining gold in the pouch to share with the others.

Browsing through the stock at The Lionshield Coster, Yuri cannot help but think back to their first encounter with some goblins on the road to Phandalin and watching, helpless, as his longsword flew from his grasp and then feeling useless trying to protect the others he now thinks of as friends with his hands.

Stopping by a simple handaxe, Yuri examines his haft and weight, and satisfied, will purchase it, sliding it into his belt.

Linene will have one of her clerks head to the back and collect a handaxe. After you are satisfied with the axe, she takes her payment and the axe back for a moment. She sharpens the axe on a pedal wheel grinder and hands it back after she is satisfied with the edge. 

Gramgran 

“Well I guess I don’t. Why don’t you tell me about this job dear, while I think of a good scolding for that boy.” Gramgran floofs up like a bird and listens to Halia’s explain.

Morpetor 

“Thank you kind sir. I am looking to purchase items such as charcoal, insence, and herbs. Do you carry those types of items?  Also are you in the market to trade? I recently came across a nice jade statuette.”

Yuri will thank Linene and then cool his heels outside the shop, watching the everyday life of Phandalin go past from his vantage point in the square. He keeps an eye out for the thugs from the inn earlier in the day, but otherwise enjoys the sunshine.

Perception - 13

From across the plaza, Ren can see a small shrine made of stones. You can recognize the bust as Tymora, the goddess of luck and good fortune. A young elf woman attends to the shrine, sweeping dust and leaves from around the base. 

For Moreptor

As you look around, you can see that the store is stocked rather well with adventuring supplies. "Take a look around kid, I have plenty of items for sale. Sometimes it's hard for me to keep track of everything that I have in stock. I do not believe I have those items though. You might want to try the Miner's Exchange." The shelves are rather well organized. "Let me take a look at that statue of yours." Barthen removes a small homemade looking jewelers loop to examine the frog. "Nice little piece you have here. The metal in the eyes are a fine gold." He buffs the statue a bit on his sleeve. "I can give you 40 gold for this little piece."

For Gramgran

Halia tells Gramgran how the ruffians loiter around the Sleeping Giant tap house and have a base under Tresendar Manor. She tells you Tresendar Manor on the east edge of town. She then offers you 100 gp to eliminate the Redbrand's leader, whom the outlaws call Glasstaff, and bring her any correspondence found in the leader's quarters.

Gramgran

”Now dear, I would love to help you, but first I’d have to talk to the group I’m traveling with. Is it alright if I come talk after we’ve discussed it?” Gramgran looks at the woman curiously.

Morpetor 

“Thank you for your appraisal, and you have A great number of resources. For now, I will pick up 3 days worth of rations, and a tinderbox.”

Morpetor places 20sp on the counter and collects his statuette.

”Is there an herbalist or farmers market here in town where I might be able to find more of the organic materials I seek?”

For Gramgran

"Yes yes, of course, but I do suggest you make haste. These trouble makers have been getting worse than normal lately. They're bleeding the town folk dry and when the money runs out......." Halia trails off for a moment.  "I'm just afraid for the town if their demands aren't met." 

For Morpetor 

Barthen tells you the local Miner's Exchange on the south end of town may carry what you are looking for. Barthen almost seems upset he could not purchase the statuette from you. 

Should the opportunity arise, Yuri will point out one of the redshirted toughs who came into the inn that morning. Otherwise he takes the opportunity to fill Renvalm in.

"I'm just saying, this morning was a shakedown, maybe a protection racket. Those redshirts are either some sort of gang or a bunch of corrupt guards, I'm not sure. But keep an eye out for them."

Gramgran

Gramgran reaches out to pat Halia’s hand and reassures her. “Don’t worry Halia, I’m sure we’ll help you, I just need to discuss it with the others first to get them on board. We’ll probably tell you we’ve taught those boys a lesson before you know it!”

“Mr Barthen, what do you know about the group of people in red that look to be extorting this town in the name of ‘protection’?”

Stretching his arms out, first in front and himself and then behind, Yuri turns to Ren, "Since we're here and can take some time to relax, is there anything you want to do?"

Gramgran 

Gramgran leaves to find the rest of the group to tell them of what she’d learned.
