On Atlas' turn he will rack an arrow to his bow at full draw and wait for an enemy to be within 5ft of Khessa. Once that condition is met, he will loose his arrow at the fiend from behind the table.
Oh, if we are all declaring our actions in advance before resolving the whole roundd, Khessa (who used up her Reaction to attack Pirate1 as soon as he came in range, since she was Ready) when she is up will of course use her Action to cleave again with her Greataxe, either at Pirate1, if he is still standing, or at Pirate2.

Raynoir doesn't always want to be universal red-cross dragonborn, he would be keen to take his iniative and assist noting KHESSA is taking another attack.
"Think again, scum of the waves!" Khessa growls, delivering a lightning-quick slash with her heavy weapon.
