(OOC: Those of you with sleep immunity per class are still affected by the smell in the air. It is a drug that is inhaled. It is not magical, however, I will give you advantage on con rolls.)
Those who fail the con roll are sleepy/ tired, but not asleep yet! The familiars are now sound asleep, including Ning.
You all begin to realize that something in the air is slowly lulling each of you into a sense of oblivion. However, some of you are starting to not be too concerned about that.
Lira recognizes the scent in the air. It is a familiar scent to her of an intoxicating drug, opium that is used by those in the drug trade. As she thinks about it, she thinks it is actually coming from the hookah that Twiggy used. She can see the hookah, and the gentle smoke rising from it.
It takes a few moments of sniffing before Lira recognizes the scent in the air. It is a scent of an intoxicating drug, opium, that is used by those in the drug trade; her guild had dealings with such sorts when they wanted their product moved. Looking around for the source, she notices the gentle smoke coming from the hookah that Twiggy used. She hurries over to it, looking for a way to turn it off.
As she gets closer to the hookah (the red-looking thing in owlbear in the middle of the room), the smell grows stronger. It appears to be 3 feet high with smoke coming out of it. She decides she has three options, as the fire burns within. Destroy it, water, or.....?
Lira worries that smashing it might just result in more smoke or setting fire to the room. Without anything to carry water in, she hurriedly picks up the hookah and goes to throw it into the pool in the previous room.
As she reaches down, she realizes it is attached to the ground. With a bit of a yank, she is able to detach it from the sticky ground. The hookah feels soft, almost velvety to the touch.
She walks toward the door, noting Lev, now quite out of it. Zazi actually rests on her shoulder. Vydar looks tired and his eyes are red.
As she walks out of the room, she sees the pool. In her hands is not a hookah but a single large blue flower, complete with the stalk she pulled from the ground. She sees some of the intoxicating spores floating out of it as she tosses it in the warm pool.
Slowly, the smell in the room clears, as does the powerful illusion.
The illusion fades as do the lights. As everyone has darkvision, your eyes adjust to the darkness in the room.
The room is similar as described, but dark. The furniture and fixtures broken, dusty. Rotted pillows rest on the ground. In one of the baths a skeleton rests, likely the poor soul fell asleep.
The mirror is broken. Only the frame remains, with rotted wood of the fixture behind it. (the black mirror on the left of the pic is a cabinet with broken mirror attached. Scratch marks on the floor suggest it was pulled out and pushed back in.
Vydar concludes that the flower had a spell cast on it to create a powerful illusion. It served as a focus for the illusion. He agrees with Lira that the flower was a very powerful opioid plant, releasing its spores into the air. When Twiggy touched the "hookah" it activated the flower which began releasing its spores into the air. They appeared as smoke.
The effects of the drowsiness and the dex effect on Twiggy will wear off over the course of 1 hour. Otherwise, any who failed their save will be at -5 initiative, -1 all dex based rolls.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Iólinder was mesmerized by the mirror, to the point that he did not even realise what the others were up to until Lira ran past him to throw something in the water. The loud splash brought Iólinder back to his senses. All his senses. Where before the room was warm and beautiful, now it was cold and decrepit. The mirror he was fixated on was gone as well: only the frame remained and rotten at that.
Between Lira and Vadyr's explination Iólinder caught up to speed on what had actually transpired. Some sort of flower pollen that caused some rather strong illusions. Or should he say hallucinations? Regardless it seemed not even flowers could be trusted in this place. He prodded Zazi a single time with his finger but all that accomplished was that the bat turned around to continue snoozing, with a sound that Iólinder figured was the bat equivalent of snoring.
'Don't drop her, okay?' He said to Lira before walking over to Lev. 'On your feet, soldier.' Iólinder held him by the shoulder and gently rocked him awake. 'We're not out of the woods yet.'
(Zarbyn makes his con save. He was unaffected by the pollen. Those who are roused begin to regain their senses. They are just a bit...subdued for a while as the powerful airborne drug wears off.)

Amdaeng didn't even notice the odd smell until she realised Ning was snoozing, " Oh.......guess I built up a tolerance to that sort of thing in Fang. Was it Black Lotus? Nah.....we'd probably be dead if it was Old World Black Lotus......could have been the cultivated ornamental kind...."
" Maybe Red Lotus.....Tiger Flower.....Droneweed?"
" Eh...its gone now."
She continued checking the western wall for exits and hidden things.
Amdaeng feels relatively well. Looking at the mirror and cabinet, she suspects there is something behind it, and with enough force, could be slid back from the wall.
Vydar starts to explain his theory about the illusion. However, his voice starts to trail off just as he starts explaining that it must be some ancient spell, maybe placed on an item in this room. Something he hasn't gotten to study much of....he finds it hard to keep his eyes open, and before he knows it he's sitting on some pillows.
Everything is a blur from then on as Vydar rests somewhere between sleep and wakefulness. He vaguely sees Lira run out of the room with...something, before his head starts to clear. Once the fog in his mind dissipates enough for him to be able to process what's happening, he scowls at the room. Then nods to what Lira says, "Just as I thought, the spell was tied to that flower most likely."
He stands up, though is a bit wobbly on his feet. He glares around the room, now seeing it in it's true state. Noting Amdaeng trying to move the cabinet, he wordlessly moves to help her. Pushing something requires less balance than standing here.

Vydar thinks the illusion magic is ancient and very powerful, beyond his understanding, likely from an artifact of some sort.
However, something is enhancing the effects. The smell, the lighting, its all very enticing.
As he thinks about it, he grows tired and sits next to some pillows. If he takes a nap, he will feel much better. (Vydar is very drowsy).
Lira con save: 21 +1 from the sweat lodge= 22
Also it's saying I get +1 to saves from the ring? Not sure if that is intentional since it isn't in its description.
Lira feels fine. However, she smells a sweet intoxicating smell. Some of the others don't look so good.

Investigation- 8
Amdaeng feels relatively well. Looking at the mirror and cabinet, she suspects there is something behind it, and with enough force, could be slid back from the wall.
She puts her shoulder against the cabinet hoping to shift it but won't say no to any assistance.
Athletics- 4
Lira will help Amdaeng try to move the cabinet, careful not to use the shoulder where Zazi is resting.
