Ah, I see. It would seem I have much to learn of your species. Until I do, please let me apologise beforehand if I mis-speak or make derogatory commitments. Looking back and forth between the two, so, what about you two? What have you heard?
Jasmine waves her hand and says, "Don't worry about it. Sad to say but most Yuan-TI, essssspecially of the Malison kind, are dangerous. Be on guard should you meet another one."
"I personally haven't had an encounter with them just seen some of the damage the have done. I was asked by some friends to see if there's anything I can do, so here I am. Seeing if there's anything I can do." Jenson will decline a second drink, pushing it over to Rob, who seems to be pretty fond of them.
Jasmine says, "Unfortunately, I have not been present during any raid itself. I have only talked to survivors and visited some places in the aftermath. I am here now to see if there is some way stop these attacks and if there is some reason between the increased intensity of these attacks in recent time."
A short green-skinned goblinoid enters the bar, dressed in common clothes and stole. If anyone took a moment to look they might notice patches of red scales here and there around his skin. He asks in a soft but confident tone, "Hello. Is this the right place for the gnoll hunt?"
Behind him comes a taller (though not tall) woman with silvery skin and white hair dressed in a chain shirt. It looks almost like she's trying to hide behind the goblinoid.
A wood elf slips in behind the woman and looks for a place to sit in the back of the tavern. The elf is being very quite and not doing anything to attract attention to himself. He is dressed in fairly simple clothing, dressing like some of the farmers in the area. although the short bow and short sword he is carrying suggest that he is more than a simple farmer.
Upon hearing the goblins announcement, Rob will turn to face the newcomers, looks as if our party is growing, he whispers to the other two, Grabbing the extra mug of ale and approaching the new faces, 'ello folks, my friends and I were just comparing notes on the very subject, motions to his new friends at the bar, offering the full mug to the silvery skinned female, join us? As he turns to lead them back to the bar he pauses, you too wood elf, we could use your keen eyes and bow skill.
Altara will pass the full mug to her brother Bombil, but she does follow Rob (assuming Bombil does as well). But she lets Bobbil do the talking for them.
Just for some clarifications the town your in is called Goedwig and the tavern that your in is called the Goats head. I am part of the cult of Jerry, fear Jerry, love Jerry, be Jerry, we are Jerry. I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to Dm recently. I owe everyone a lot of apologies . I'm really sorry. I would like to start a new campaign. Message me for questions.
As you all sit at the bar you see the bartender, an older rather large man who's gray beard stills hints at its red past, and whose face seems rather sunken in, that along with his hunched back making him seem rather comical, addresses you all "I don't mean to pry into you fine peoples conversation but I couldn't exactly help over hearing what you were saying you being right here and all, and its hard not to notice such well... unique characters if you don't mind me saying when all you get around here is are humans and the occasional dwarf coming down to sell some wares. But here I go rambling again what I meant to say is if you all are interested in hunting those rat bastards that call themselves gnolls perhaps I can be of some assistance"

Jasmine turns to the bartender and responds, "Yessssss... I have been trying to investigate these gnoll groups for a while now. I believe the best chance for me to learn more is to encounter them first hand. I have come here hoping I would get information on the camps of the ssssmaller groups nearby."
Jenson turns to the barkeeper and tosses him the small sack of meat from his last trip, that he forgot to give him earlier. "Any information you have can be useful [insert barkeepers name here]. If I have anything to do with it, those of us here that are interested just might head out together and see what we can do about this little situation."
Eibed, who has been hanging around on the edge of the group, will quietly move closer to the bar to listen to what the bartender has to say. He still hasn't spoken a word since entering the tavern, but definitely seems interested in dealing with the gnolls.
Bombil echoes the words of the others. "That's why we're here." he says to the barkeep. "By Pelor's grace we'll be able to help in ending the gnoll threats."
[[ By the way, @JSenecal, how tall is Altara? You described here as hiding behind the 3' 5" so I'm kind of curious. ]]

But what about the person that gathered us in the tavern to tell us the details of the gnoll quest?

Saradie sets down her wine and listens, “Well Mishka seems we may be privy to some information, Kelsey take notes please.”

"Yes." Mishka says with a thud of his mug. "It is time we deal with these creatures. I aim to see them stricken from this area."
