Seeing the strikes come his way Morjan uses the last of his spells slots to cast shield, only taking 10 damage in total from the onslaught and his fire resistance. Finally managed a hit. Shame it’ll be your last. He is unable to stop the blinding effect afterwards though.

Being blinded, Morjan attempts to shocking grasp Ignis but is unable to do so in his current state. Cheap trick.
At the end of Morjan turns he feels his magic start to take hold. He looks towards Ignis direction before saying: Don’t get cocky. With that, Morjan leaves the material plane once more.

The AOE you mentioned in post 345... [technically gets Tatts in it but he's already out.] should result in one failed death save for taking damage.
On his turn, Tatts makes a death save... 16 so Success: 1 Fail 1
Lair action, in post 345 would also trigger a second auto fail for Tatts, Success: 1 Fail: 2
Hargurn heals Tatts for 5 hp.
Ignis sends the produce Flame at Tatts, but he somehow ducks, avoiding it.

Tatts looks up, seeing Ignis attacking Morjan, "sorry, be right ... there" he says, knowing if he moves through the fires around him, it maybe the death of him. So he grabs his potion of healing and drinks.

Seeing the strikes come his way Morjan uses the last of his spells slots to cast shield, only taking 10 damage in total from the onslaught and his fire resistance. Finally managed a hit. Shame it’ll be your last. He is unable to stop the blinding effect afterwards though.
Con save: 8
Being blinded, Morjan attempts to shocking grasp Ignis but is unable to do so in his current state. Cheap trick.
At the end of Morjan turns he feels his magic start to take hold. He looks towards Ignis direction before saying: Don’t get cocky. With that, Morjan leaves the material plane once more.
Action: shocking grasp: (2,19 at disadvantage) for a 9 to hit, missing the attack.
Blink check: 19, back on ethereal plane once again
[[ Ignis is wearing metal Plate Armor so the advantage portion of shocking grasp comes into play to make it a flat roll. When taking a flat roll out of an adv/dis roll I always take the left so it won't change the result in this case but just for future reference. ]]
As Morjan's blocking of a strike and disappearance back to the ethereal enrages Ignis as the sorcerer disappears once more. From where he stands it almost appears to Tatts as if the genasi exhales fire. With an angry glare Ignis focuses his attention on Tatts once more.

After loosing the flame he hesitates to rush the dragonborn, eyeing the spot Morjan was with hatred, and instead steps from beyond the pillar to unleash a burst of flaming rays.
