Onyx's passive perception is 14,so before you could actually take my belongings and give them back, with the hand shaking yours I pull you close to me in a jerking motion stare straight into your eyes and say, "Thieves get a special kind of treatment in these here parts, you should think twice before trying anything like that again!"
Advantage on perception being onyx now knows you are a thief.
As onyx walks back to the bar keeping on eye on despair, he goes to order another drink and instead of coin pulls the card out. Enraged onyx says to Raggy "hun looks like theres a thief amongst us, and I won't be made a fool of." Onyx turns draws his short sword rushes despair and with the blunt end of the pommel strikes despair in the back of the head to attempt to knock him out.
"Then, I would like an ale and... Do you perhaps have a berry pie?" Ellayne asks sheepishly with a small smile.

"Berry pies? Well we usually have a fresh stock of different berries. Let's see, there should be blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry available." Ragella tells Wade and Ellayne. She then looks over to the potential fight about to ensure. "Hey, no bar brawls!" She calls out to Despair and Onyx. "You want to settle any fights, you can take it outside!"

The tavern door swings open and a thin high-elf walks through. A dark cloak hangs over him, though it does little to obscure to bulk of leather armor underneath. As he crosses the threshold of the door, he pulls the hood down revealing light skin and spun gold hair that falls to his shoulders. The perpetual youth of his elven features does little to hide the weariness in his eyes.
He brushes the cloak aside and checks the coin pouch on his belt. On his left hip is a shortsword riding in a dark leather scabbard. The scabbard is worked with intricate designs of dragon scale. The hilt of the sword is undersized with a coppery hue to the metal. Its grip is wrapped leather with a brilliant green emerald inlayed in the pommel.
The leather of his breastplate however, would be unremarkable except for its dilapidated state. In fact, all of his armor looks to be at odds with the sword on his hip. It seems cobbled together from various sets in order to make a whole. It is battered and worn with deep scratches and abrasions.
Seemingly content with the contents of the coin pouch, he quickly eyes the room before taking a seat at the bar. He puts both elbows on the counter and with a long, relieved sigh says, "Whiskey please, neat."
