Kessintra's eyes narrow as Strahd speaks, the sobbing of Gertruda's mother and the souls bound to her ringing deafeningly in her ears for a moment before she hisses in anger and moves to attack Strahd.
"Ireena, the undercroft!" She roars. The chamber where Doru had been locked away only has one entrance, so they won't have to worry about Strahd or more of his minions dragging the girl off without them noticing. Her experience as an assassin and the vengeful stirring of the spirits guides her hand as she jabs her shortsword at the vampire, tossing the silver coin from her pocket into the path of the strike. If some powdered silver in holy water will hurt him, how about a lump of it buried into his undead heart?
Sleight of hand: nat 20 + 6 (!)
Action: Shortsword to hit nat 20 + 6 (!!!), damage 14 piercing + 9 sneak attack + whatever the coin does
"Ow." He looks down at the coin. "Holy water works because it is blessed. I will say, though, this would be a great strategy against lycanthropes. They're only vulnerable when touching silver. Do you want this back?" In the meantime he uses a Legendary action to make an unarmed strike against Ireena, forgoing all damage to grapple instead.
Attack roll: 28
Amelia, feel free to cast that guiding bolt (with advantage) at any time before the end of your next turn.

I exist sometimes, especially when I'm DMing Curse of Strahd.
As Kessintra springs into action, Zan dashes toward the vampire, then slides across the floor, aiming for his legs to hopefully bring the monster to the ground. He brings his shield up to cover his body, creating a ramp of sorts, trying to get his timing right, before the hopeful impact he calls upon the magic of the shield, a flock of crows scream forth from it, fly up at at the vampire in an attempt to both confuse him and give his friends a chance to grab the daughter away from him.
Kessintra glowers. "Oh...Yes." At least she has a plan to deal with any werewolves they encounter now, not to mention confirmation that the holy water will indeed work on Strahd.
Strahd is prone, still holding on to Ireena's ankle. "Annoying." Ireena's turn. She attempts to escape Strahd's grasp. (Acrobatics: 5) If she escapes, she moves away and tries to make it to the undercroft. Ismirk's turn. "Unhand her, Devil!"
Prone says that any attack while within 5ft has advantage, any other attack has disadvantage. Also, since the trigger for Amelia's guiding bolt was before he dropped prone, I'll let her ignore the disadvantage from prone for that attack.

Chipper feels his stomach sink as the wolf reveals itself to be the vampire lord. Well this is certainly more concerning than a werewolf. he thinks. A moment later and the situation gets amplified with Kessintra inviting him in! Gods charms were annoying.
As Garrick calls out for someone to stake the vampire Chipper hesitates. Getting into melee brawls wasn't his style but he'd also seen how that vampire could move. Grabbing the stake Kessintra had given out earlier he darts over and tries to drive it through the vampire's heart.
Garrick takes note of Strahd's words somewhat discomforted. To himself he thinks, He certainly is giving away a lot of information.. about the silver and now the stake. It doesn't bode well that he considers us to be so unimportant that he can laugh and disclose vital weaknesses.
Kessintra recalls Ireena saying that Strahd likes to toy with his victims. It seems that is all he regards them as, which is unnerving to say the least.
Sure. It'll count as an object interaction.

Ireena is unable to escape. Only the shortsword misses, and the second attack seemed to hurt. Chipper's turn.
