Stealth: 8

As you start to run, you hear one of the goblins say something (in goblin) and you know that they have seen you so you give up on stealth and start to run towards the camp. What do you do once you get there?

I alert the rest of the group, that I was spotted by a patrol of two goblins. “I don’t know if they followed me or not”. If the did, let’s take them out.  If not we might want to shift to another location before the whole group is spotted.  Maybe there is a more defensive position we can take?”

I'd like to see if I can tell the goblins are coming after Alwyn, or see what happened to Folzi.

OOC: Sorry but I think I'm an going to have to bow out of this one...apologies for the inconvenience. 

I’d like to keep going. Maybe scoop up one of these guys from a “looking for group” post? Add him in when we have a chance?

I’m for continuing as well as long as we keep a decent pace.

Yea I can add a player later, what do you guys think? Sorry for not posting as much lately, I've been really busy but I will be able to post multiple times a day again in a few days.

Ok... Alwyn and Folski get to the camp and turns to see the two goblins about 50 ft away charging towards all of you. The camp is in a small area in the forest which is clear of trees and the goblins are almost past the trees. They are wielding short bows. 

I’d like to cast Toll the Dead at a goblin, draw my sword and close the gap, rushing straight towards them with sword and shield

Alwyn will turn back after seeing his group and the spell attack and attack the other Goblin and spend a ki point and do flurry of blows

As the goblins prepare to shoot an arrow, Sogasri gets up and points a finger at the first who falls as the air around it fills with the sound of a bell. Surprised, the second one turns toward his fellow goblin and does not see Alwyn turn back and beat him to a pulp with a flurry of blows. They are both dead.

Alwyn bends over trying to hide the mild huffing and puffing“Well that’s one way to take care of the scout team.  I appreciate your help.  I didn’t get too far into the camp, I tried to move past those goblins after they walked by; but I didn’t see a branch on the ground and they came after me.  Let’s see if Folzi saw anything more than I did.”  

“Well, it means there’s two less to deal with, but we should hurry before they’re missed,” Soga says as he relaxes his body and puts his sword away. His eyes dart around the forest, watchful for others who may have heard the sounds of combat.

Yeah, we are on a time table now.  Alwyn begins to search the bodies and makes sure to bring the corpses to some high grass to make sure they are hidden.

Alwyn stands up after briefly kicking the goblins a bit.  “I gave a thorough search through the bodies.  They don’t have anything on them.  What if we all snuck into town, maybe one of us makes a distraction... the rest targets one creature at a time picking off the stragglers in the back of the pack?” 

“I think perhaps that could work. You and Folzi are suited for it, as - again - you two can see much better than the rest of us in the dark and night is falling quick. It’s a risk without having some idea of the camp’s size and numbers. Perhaps you two go on ahead, and we’ll follow in approximately 5 minutes. If there’s anything we ought to know, please let us know before then.” 

Soga casts Light on his ring, and waits before heading into the woods.
