OOc: Bog as long as ONE of us has it to be read when we can...

As far as book stores, there are several choices depending upon what you are thinking.

On east there is an idea shop/creations called “never seen before “ and a bookstore called “turn another page”. On north there is the institute of arcana and a members only specialty shop/books.  On west there is a magic shop called “Merlin’s mysteries”. These are the best options along the four main thoroughfares.

to the others  "we can take care of the books and scrolls later, I imagine everyone is getting a little hungry,"

OOC:  i did pick up a couple of languages since we got that scroll    ---is it written in any of the following? Abyssal, Celestial, Common, Draconic, Dwarvish, Elvish, Goblin, Infernal

Boghadair says to Arafiel "That works for me.  Let's meet up with the others and eat!" 

"How bout you Thag  up for some food?

"Thagakh will probably stay away from sweets for the mean time. Instead, Thagakh will eat meat and drink mead from now on."

Arafiel can read the infernal language on the outside of the scroll.

”From Grashmog the mighty one calls for blood and homage to release his horde to serve the bearer of this scroll. Seven times they may be summoned but their freedom is yours on the last.”

Arafiel tells this to Bog, adding "Maybe we should just keep this safe"

"Yikes, and I think that's something you should hold onto that.   I think its a wee bit out of my set of skills. " Boghadair says. 

so we arrive at the inn/tavern?

As Arafiel, Boghadair, and Thagakh arrive at the tavern, they see next to it a stable and tack shop to board the horses and to store the wagon.  It is 10 gp to take care of the animals and service the vehicle.

After putting away the animals and wagon,  Arafiel, Boghadair, and Thagakh enter the tavern and see Ian and Tyrus talking to a beautiful barkeep.

"I'll chip in for the 10 gp this time lads," Boghadair says, "Once we have a bit more privacy we can distribute the coins from our earlier sales to..."   Boghadair stops mid-sentence and lets out a low whistle under his breath as he sees the barkeep.  Blinks a couple of times, and then pats Arafiel awkwardly and says "Sooooo....what were you saying again, Thaggy?"

The half-orc gleefully opens the tavern's door as he exclaims his profound hunger.

"Ready your barrels and bring out Neverwinter's tastiest seafood delicacies beatiful barkeep for Thagakh needs to clean his sweet tooth with something bitter and salty!"

The barkeep smiles at each of you individually all the while pouring a flaggon of Neverwinter Ale.  As she begins to speak to Thagakh about food, all he can think about is how beautiful her multi colored eyes are.  Both Arafiel and Boghadair unintentionally race for the closest seat to the girl next to Ian.

with a light pat on his arm she says to Thagakh, “Sea bass or snails?”

Ian turns to whoever gets to his side first.  “Hey.... I thought you all forgot about us.  It is hard to talk at the bar. Let’s move to a table.”  He says with a hard bump to Tyrus.

"Sea bass please. Snails are too crunchy to chew and might hurt Thagakh's tooth.

Dare I say barkeep, you have colorful eyes like those stray cats, I like cats.

If you ever get unemployed, Thagakh would like to hire you as a cook in Phandalin if you want, but I have to check your cooking skills first before Thagakh could endorse you to his associates."

The barkeep says to Thagakh “ ohh.... Sweety.... that is so nice but I have a cook in the back.  I handle the rest  (she says with a wink).... I will get you some food.   Anyone else hungry?”

Thagakh is just hearing (Sweety.......)
