After gathering the moss; searching the bodies, Hadriana finds two crossbows, two shortswords, a suit of hide armor, a masterwork shortbow, a signet ring with the image of a flaming hawk, 9gp, 12sp, and eight days of rations.
Hadriana lays out the items, mainly interested in the ring. "A flaming hawk...Have any of you heard of such a sigil before? These poor souls may have been trying to help just like us."
((How long does it seem like the bodies have been here?))

The crest belongs to a family of fallen nobility. The head of the family, Baron David Kendall, fell when Andoran broke away from Cheliax. Those members of the family that survived fled to every corner of the two countries. Some came here to Falcon's Hallow.
"It looks like the bodies have been here for around three months," Hadriana reports sadly, "The plague is much more recent. I wonder why they were here."
She'll also leave a Druidic Message near the tree informing any other druids that they collected the moss from here to help cure the plague, and to look out for any more tree lizards.
Tufts mills about as the other examine the scene. He stretches and sighs contentedly inspite of the grave nature of both their mission and discovery. He doesn't often get a chance to leave the tavern so he takes the opportunity to bask in the sun filtering through the boughs and to smell the forest around them. He leaves the investigating to the others. His knows strengths lie elsewhere.

Nate history 16 for a flaming hawk sigil.
Last post before leaving for a week.
Davrich will use the help action on Nates history check.
(He gains advantage)
The bodies are about three months old.

(The plague is recent; a few weeks at best.)
“Hmmm… I think we should be on our way.” Duke Hemsworth backs away from the tree lizard.

**This Space for Rent**
((Does anybody want the equipment from the bodies? Hadriana will take the shortbow I guess.))
The Duke would like to hang on to the signet ring, if that's okay.
(Happy New Year)
((Sure!))
((Happy new year!))
Hadriana nods to Nate and slowly backs away as well. "Yes, we must gather the ingredients and return quickly. Where to next?"
Nate slips the ring on his hand.
"I suppose the witch would be our next stop."
Duke Hemsworth, “I can’t wait to hear her demands.”
The Tatzlwyrm hisses, but continues to not attack.
