Jodhr instinctively wraps his swag over his face thinking it's a stinking cloud when he sees it manifest he casts a fire bolt at the green cloud.

Roll: 20

Why did my initiative change to 3? I thought I was rolling a d20 to see what order everyone that got an 18 would go?

I'm a little confused. Was my second roll re rolling initiative or just a d20 roll?
