Sirrus raises his hans in a football goal like shape, (US football lol) and snaps his fingers causing an arc of lightning to spring from his fingertips at the beast. Nat 20 to hit. 44 lightning damage. "Sleep well."
Your lightning sears It's flesh, bolts burning off its limbs. The other half of its face turns skeletal, leaving its eye to stare furiously as the lightning destroys its body. It's flesh sears off, leading its charred bones to scatter everywhere across the room. The detective is speechless, all he can do is pat you on the back.
This dark room, with air that crackles thanks to the explosive power, is, of course, filled with bone fragments. some of them even melted into slurry. The smell of burnt flesh perpetrates the air. However, in this room, 3 coffins, standing upright, dot the walls. Sirrus, due to your darkvision, you can see an extra 2 doors at the corner of the room.
Sirrus quietly points to the doors and alerts everyone that they are there, and than moves his attention to the coffins. I know we are here to arrest the mob leader, but I think it may prove worthwhile to try opening those coffins over there. Anyone disagree?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sirrus will investigate say the coffin on the far left. He will try to find a way for it to be opened without needing a key, needing to be forced. If he finds one, he will try and open it.
You find that the coffin has a mere lid, and is quite easy to open. Infact, it could even be opened from inside. The inside of the coffin contains a mere skeleton. When you open it, it does not move. As far as you can tell, it is completely normal. Aside from the fact it's not a pile of bones, that is.
The third coffin is on the other side of the room, yet still contains a skeleton, with the same musty smell the others had. "They're probably victems of the mob..." The detective says, kneeling down beside a skeleton. "However, they do not contain any sort of jewelry or clothes, so there's no way of identifying them. The wood for these coffins isn't from around here... why are these here?" He glances down at the shattered, fried skull of the monster, it still smoking. "And what was that? I've heard of tales of the living dead... nevermind. We should keep on moving, and hope no-one heard this battle." He goes over to the two doors you pointed out, looks through them, and walks back to the party, shaking his head.
"A secret door?" The detective asks. "I'm assuming that my two tormentors showed you the way through... can you tell me anything else you found in this base?"

The blade scrapes against your armor. It is now you, and Peytons turn.

Apa turns to the others “Nice” and looks for anything of use in terms of the hideout they’re in

Apa nods and readies an attack in case something undead pops out

Sirrus gives the skeleton a little poke and moves onto the middle coffin.
The Skeleton doesn't react. The middle coffin is the same, open lid, skeleton inside.
Peyton backs Sirrus. Undead give her the heebie jeebies.

Onto the third coffin.
The third coffin is on the other side of the room, yet still contains a skeleton, with the same musty smell the others had. "They're probably victems of the mob..." Apa points out the way they came shrugging first at the dead bodies and monster skull "There was a secret door we came through, it led to the kitchen"
