Ixalin signals for Tonk to follow him, goes up to the deck, and signals for Gairlik to follow him to their quarters where Chandra is.
Once inside and alone with his three companions, he lays the three weapons in front of them and explains what each of them does (Ixalin is unaware of any curses).
“These will definitely do you all more good than they would me. Compliments of our gracious captain.”
“On a related note, she has a whole mess of silvered weapons down there that she wasn’t expecting. I’d imagine now that they’re stolen, someone might come looking for them. We should be on our guard.”
Gairlik is roused from his relaxations up on the deck by the human. The calm was apparent on his face and seems a little perturbed that his peacefulness was interrupted. "What's that now...?"The dwarf sees that he is being summoned below. "Hmmm.... And where did you get these?"
OOC: What type of axe is this - hand, battle or great? Why would Ixalin not know about the curse since he identified them? That spell would reveal the curse on the weapon, correct?
Gairlik tosses the ax a few times in the air to get a feel of it. Pleased with the quality, he secures it in one of the loops in his harness. He looks to Ixalin, "So where did get all of these?"
Ixalin explains what he saw down in the cargo hold. “It seems like someone was trying to smuggle weapons in legitimate cargo, right under the captain nose.”
To Tonk he says, “To use the magic of this sword, you have to stare at it really hard and ignore everything else for a full hour. Only then will the magic work for you.”
”I must admit, I grabbed that dagger with you in mind, Chandra.”
"Whelp, I've got a question or two for the captain," Gairlik says on his way out the room and making for the cargo hold.
"Hey, Cap. Looks like someone was trying to smuggle some fancy weapons here," the dwarf pats his new ax on his harness. "Who sent these and where were they going?"
Ashlee, who was still checking out the secret cargo, pipes in, "These we're being sent by the Hunters Guild to a man named Gaars who was going to resell it from his shops. But it was supposed to all just be the usual things, furs, dried meats, leathers. The Guild doesn't sell weapons..."
The captain adds, "And definitely not enough to arm a whole battalion."
“Looks like they might just have started, or someone in the organization that’s trying to use the Guild for their own personal gains. Either way, I can’t imagine us making off with this crate will go over well with whomever owned these.”
Tonk plops down and begins staring at the shiny rapier very hard. If anyone tries to move him he will refuse and may even try biting them if they keep trying.
A dwarven crewman pokes his head into the cargo hold, "Captain, we're almost at Porthcrawl, everything's ship shape, permission to dock the boat?" The captain nods and waves the dwarf off, and he returns a little salute and heads off.
"I'd like to have a word with the you folks before we get to shore. Come join me in my cabin shortly, bring Tonk, after he's done... whatever he's doing." and she heads out of the cargo hold.
**enough time goes by waiting for the ship to make its way up the dock and get tied off, that anyone wanting to atoon can do so**
Ixalin, Gairlick, Chandra, Tonk and Ashlee all make your way to the captain's quarters. It's nicer then any part of the ship you've been to before, (well Tonk's probably been here before). It's compact but nice, with a nice bedroom area at the back divided off by a curtain. At the front of the room is a long table with chairs around it, and papers strewn about on top.
"Thank you for joining me, I had a request for you. My crew is going to be busy for a bit. I have some plans for the ship and I want a few of them to repack the cargo to separate the real cargo from the hidden cargo. I need a few volunteers to find someone in town for me. There's a man I used to use to help me alleviate myself of pilfered items back when we were a proper pirate ship. Name's Anton Newlin, you'll probably find him in the tavern. Would you folks be willing to track him down for me? I'd cut you in on the haul of course."

**Sorry you all know about the curse irl but not in game. **** it it's not that anymore. It's a silvered +1 handaxe and it does an extra 1d6 fire dmg.
OOC: No complaints about that for not even having to kill anything yet. Lol
**yeah I should have a kraken come out or something... So what's the plan guys?
"Tonk touch?" He points to the rapier and before anything can be said he grabs it with both hands and begins swinging it around.
“Knock yourself out buddy. Are you familiar with attunement, Tonk?”
"a toon mat?" He swings the rapier around some more. "What dat?"
Gairlik tosses the ax a few times in the air to get a feel of it. Pleased with the quality, he secures it in one of the loops in his harness. He looks to Ixalin, "So where did get all of these?"
Does this ax still require attunement?
Chandra says, "If no one else needs it more, I'll take that dagger."

Ixalin heads to the deck to watch the docking process, then heads to the captains quarters.
Chandra waits for Tonk to finish "atooning" then heads to the Captain's quarters.
