Thursday keeps the torches in her grasp and then dives into the demon's maw. As she does, the flicker of darkness flies over her for a brief moment before the torch's illumination returns as she can see that she is sliding down a rounded chute of dark red rock. The ground feels slicked as she falls further and further down, and she has little room to move without hitting herself with the lit torches.
Steve attempts to twist and turn, but finds it very hard to manoeuvre on the slick chute. He manages to be sliding on his back, rather than his front, but is still face-first.
After what feels like descending for minutes, Steve feels the descent suddenly shallows as he feels the walls open up as skids out into a darkened room. He then feels a nasty bump from behind as Grundan smacks into him.
I sit up after crashing into Steve. I grunt in agreement to Steve’s statement. I shake my head before looking around the room we are in with my dark vision.
Grundam stands up and looks around his current scenario. He finds that they are currently in a dark stone room. It is a standard square-shape, probably about fifty feet a side. The stones look like set bricks with mortar, rather than a blank wall. Looking back he can see that there is a cavity in the wall which they came from, and a small pool of something at the entrance to it. Behind them appears to be a large dark wooden door, about eight feet tall and four feet wide with a large metallic doorknob.
Both Steve and Grundam feel that they are lightly covered in some sort of mild slimy substance, making their raggedy clothes stick to them. After assessing the situation for a moment, they can see a glimmer of light coming from the hole they entered from, as Thursday comes sliding down, her hands bundled with six lit torches.
With the torches illuminating the room, the group can see there is a sodden green-tinted oily substance on their bodies from sliding down the chute. The room itself has a dull brown colour to it, and the door is a darker brown than that of the walls. The handle appears to be brass.
Thursday doesn't think whatever it is is flammable. The gooey slime appears to be a more viscous substance, runny like honey, albeit applied in a fine paste. Whatever it is, it isn't a natural substance she's come across before.
"Well, where ever we are, seems our best bet is to work together to get out. Thanks for the torch, Thursday. Can kind of make out a door over there, but we should probably search this room for anything that might help. You start on one side I got the other?"

Steve (Level 1 Human Variant Monk) currently in LOST IN THE ENDLESS TOWER
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“Me Grundam,” I say, slapping my chest. “You Steve?” I turn to the female. “What is a Thursday?” I say looking puzzled from Thursday’s response. “Me wake up here after almost catching fish.” I head over to the door and make sure it isn’t trapped, also which way it opens.
Grundam heads over to the door and begins to look it up and down. From his perspective, there isn't anything wrong with it; no traps, no locks, no hazards. It does, however, fit very snugly into the doorway surrounding it, so it may be stiff to budge out, and probably stopping light shining through from either side.
(If the others are checking the room, they may also make Investigation checks.)

Thursday takes notice of Grundam heading toward the door and aims to stay as far as it as possible for the time being... She starts searching around the opposite end of the hall.

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
The trio split up in this tiny room to look for clues! While looking around, they see that this slimy substance is coating the back end of the room near the end of the chute they came from. Beside the chute, in the slime, appears to be a humanoid femur bone. It may be a bit grim, but it could work as a makeshift club for the time being.
(On another note, the torches are about half-burnt looking at them. you may wish to snuff some of them for use later on.)
Now down to one torch to illuminate the room, there are five stubby halves of torches for use. After completing their search, it seems they have exhausted the room for useful supplies.
As Thursday holds the torch up, she notices something fairly daunting; the open hole that leads back to the chute seems to slowly being obscured by the black motes seen up in the prior room with the cells, slowly advancing towards the room.

"Alright big fella, did you really have to force me down? Couldn't wait to let me out of the way?" Steve stands up and takes a few steps back.

"Alright, first off this is all a little crazy. My name is Steve. Who are you two? Are you why I'm here? Little lady, can I have a torch?"

Thursday will snuff out all the torches except the one she is carrying. She’ll pick up the club and walk over to Grundam and offer it to him silently.
