You all wake the next morning to a dim shaft of sunlight shooting into the room, illuminating your surroundings enough for you to see. Rodak (the dwarf) shakes you awake, and, grabbing your gear, you go downstairs. The bartender offers you a small breakfast of some soup with mysterious chunks of meat floating around inside. It still moves around in your stomach later.
Leaving the tavern, the dwarf leads you back to the dead end where you were cornered yesterday. A wooden ladder now stands there, as if it dropped from the sky. "Climb. This is how we get out."
Moving across the rooftops through the early morning, you hear the streets beginning to fill beneath you, but no one has noticed you yet.
However, about halfway through the city, jumping across small alleyways two stories up, your luck runs out. Jumping across a bustling street below, filled with civilians and soldiers alike, Sergey's foot slips on landing, and a few pieces of loose stone fall to the ground below. At least a few soldiers look up and spot you. They don't seem to have recognized you yet, but are confused about why you would be up there.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: oof)
Sergey slips through Glorp's hands, too heavy for the dwarf to hold him. He falls about twenty feet, landing on the hard street below as bystanders sprint away.
(OOC: Overriding the homebrew fall rule here - fall damage =10)
I quickly climb down from the rooftop, standing between the guards and Sergey with both longswords in hand. "If you come any closer I will tear you to pieces."
Intimidation: 19 (1d20+1)
I cast Shield of Faith around myself and Sergey.
(OOC: I rolled these values originally in the post but then the values changed after I edited it a tiny bit. I reentered the og values.)

The guards stop where they are, realizing you might be more of a challenge than they thought. However, your luck begins to run out. A large group of guards walks around the corner, not having heard your threat. Not having noticed you yet, they keep walking across the street a hundred feet away. You and Sergey watch in horror as one of the guards with you begins to call out for help.
I cast minor illusion so that the threat gets repeated again in the same voice, but at a louder volume. The guards hear from far away, "If. you. come. any. closer. I. will. tear. you. to. pieces." (it echoes as well)
I add my own thing as well after it using the voice of the guards, while overpowering their own cries for help...instead asking for them to "RUN, RUN, PLEASE RUN AHHHH. IT HURTS IT HURTS. WE CAN'T KILL THEM, NO MATTER OUR NUMBERS...SO PLEASE RUN"
[OoC: Can I do this with minor illusion? Do I need to do any rolls either?]

(OOC: Roll Intimidation for scaring the guards, plus Persuasion for convincing them)
As the guard starts to shout, a strange voice booms over him, telling the other group to run. The guard is quickly drowned out, but you can't tell whether the other group is convinced.
(They are intimidated, but they FULLY KNOW IT'S A SPELL)
(OOC: Exactly)
They back away in the face of your magic, clearly realizing how this dwarf can't speak that loud but intimidated by your presence. The soldiers surrounding Sergey and Andrey also back away, as if the two paladins were the source of this noise. All around you, people swivel their heads to look. Glorp has the attention of two blocks of people.
I try to use the situation to my advantage by raising up my gun and say, "Like I said, I SUGGEST YOU RUN"
I cast chill touch on my gun, (1 bullet effect): 7 bonus damage to next shot.
[OoC: Do they notice me casting the spell?]
(OOC: They don't notice the effects (since the bullet is inside the gun), but they notice you doing the somatic effects.)
Although the larger group of soldiers doesn't back away, thinking that you won't be able to reach them, but the group around Andrey and Sergey begins to retreat, standing close to civilians as if daring you to shoot.
Suddenly, you see a flash of movement across the street on the rooftops. A cloaked figure, the cloak bearing a strange symbol, darts from building to building, until they stand across the street from you. They watch, interested, but don't engage in combat. The soldiers haven't seemed to notice yet.
