He says “my father shiitake and I are cabbage farmers but recently in the village the crops haven’t been doing well so I went into the foods to find some extra food, I saw that ball heard a voice then I blacked out and woke up and you were there.”
Seraph notes, "Your parents must be worried about you. We'll get you back to the village soon enough. We're heading out first thing in the morning tomorrow to cover more ground."
Just curious, how did you end up doing ssj3? I'm making a 5e Saiyan aka an aasimar monk/barb, and I've got his racial ability for ssj1, barb rage for ssj2 (plus the specific barb subclass to get fire DMG in a radius around me, gonna change that to lightning if I can) https://xender.vip/
Soon the two arrive in the desert and then they soon grow hungry and thirsty from lack of food and water
There is Plenty of food. Seraph has like enough food to last the two of them 4 days (8 Rations lasts 1 person 8 days). Seraph also has some water that they can split to last at least one day though with some discomfort. It would buy enough time to either cross this desert or find supplies.
Seraph asks, "We have enough food to last but only 1 day's worth of water. How long would it take to cross this desert and get to your village?"
As they keep moving they soon come across the village but they quickly notice all of the plants are wilted and shriveled up in all of the fields as far as the eye can see
Seraph does not like what he sees. He asks, "What... happened here?" He directed the question to Maitake but in truth he was asking that to himself as much as his companion.
He says “y…yes that is a very strange thing for a wolf monster to say”
Seraph hisses and says, "I've been in too many battles in one day. I think we should find a place to deploy the aircraft and camp out for the night."
((How much XP from the wolf man?))
200 xp
Soon maitaike finds a clearing to camp and seraph takes a long rest the wolf an gave 200 xp
Seraph deployed the ship for the two to rest in. He shares some of his food with the mushroom man. He asks Maitake to tell him about himself.

The night passes with no difficulties
The next morning, Seraph continues heading through the forest east to get to the desert.

(Sorry I counted wrong)
He says “it should be less than a day from here”
Seraph says, "Then we have enough food and water to last us just about. Let's keep moving. We can resupply at your village."
He says “I have no idea. When I left our crops weren’t doing well but they weren’t this bad”
Seraph says, "Let's search this place. Also maybe find a place to refill our food and water."
As the two walk they soon see a house. And next to it there is a man rhythmically digging a hole in the ground.
