Seraph checks his bag. "6 days of rations... with two of us that will last us 2 days. At least we can get water here in this village. There is at least that much. We'll have to look for food on the way. Do you know the nearest settlement from here? Perhaps I should go alone and restock on supplies before trying to follow the tracks. "
Being outnumbered two-to-one, Seraph tries a maneuver that is risky but might be worth the effort should it pay off. "I learned this trick while studying with the Supreme Kai." He places his hands at the sides of his foreheads, palms facing away from his face and towards the bandits. "SOLAR FLARE!!!"
Seraph casts Color Spray.
Color Spray pool is 38 HP. Starting from lowest to highest HP among the enemies, if their HP is lower than the pool, then they become blinded and their HP is subtracted from the pool. Continue until either pool is depleted or until an enemy has greater HP than the pool. The blindness lasts until the end of Seraph's next turn.
All attacks a Blinded enemy makes are at disadvantage. All attacks against a blinded enemy are at advantage.
The second bandit noticing that his friend misses says “I’ll show you my special attack” and he launches a blast that is 3 to hit and 9 damage so it also misses
With the bandits blinded, it is extremely easy for Seraph to sidestep the sword swing and easily flick away the energy blast. Seraph then brings his staff down on the sword bandit's neck, taking advantage of his blindness. He then knees the bandit as well.
Staff (with advantage): 23 to hit | Dmg: 11 Bash + Sneak: 1 Knee (Will target the other bandit if the 12 damage killed the first one): 24 to hit | Dmg: 6
After hitting the first bandit with his staff and kneeing it the bandit seems close to death so in an act of desperation it swings it’s sword 19 to hit for 4 damage
Seraph deflects the energy attack but gets hit in the chest with the sword in the process. Quickly he smashes the bandit across the face in a counter-attack before moving to the more ki-fueled bandit that's been spamming ki-blasts at him.
Quarterstaff: 12 to hit | Dmg: 10 BA: Kick (will target the other bandit if the first one goes down): 7 to hit | Dmg: 7
He says “I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any food anywhere

He says “the nearest outpost is the archeological outpost for researching the old castle. It’s less than a days journey from here”
"Sounds good. Might be able to get some food there. Which way is it?"
“The outpost is to the south east” says maitake
"Alright then. Let's head to the outpost."
As the two head to the outpost they see two bandits approach them the first bandit says “give us all of your valuables”
Seraph glares at them. "If you don't get out our way right now, I'm going to take your stuff. MOVE!"

Both of them are blinded
(I think it is the bandit's turn now unless you rule that they are too shocked by the sudden blindness and can't attack)
The first bandit attacks with his sword 2 to hit and for 3 damage
The second bandit noticing that his friend misses says “I’ll show you my special attack” and he launches a blast that is 3 to hit and 9 damage so it also misses

Bandits will no longer be blinded now.
After hitting the first bandit with his staff and kneeing it the bandit seems close to death so in an act of desperation it swings it’s sword 19 to hit for 4 damage
And the second bandit says “I’ll show you my specialer attack” then he fires the same energy blast 3 to hit for 9 damage
Seraph deflects the energy attack but gets hit in the chest with the sword in the process. Quickly he smashes the bandit across the face in a counter-attack before moving to the more ki-fueled bandit that's been spamming ki-blasts at him.
