Fjeordi calmly moves 10’ south towards S3 drawing his double bladed scimitar as he goes he swings through and back, his blade initially gliding through ribs failing to connect solidly but with a shift his back swing catches and breaks free a few ribs…

 No it’s the weapon double-bladed scimitar

S3 used its action as Dodge. I could be wrong, but you should have disadvantage.

The blade of Fjeordi narrowly misses the skeleton, as it manages to lean away from the attack. 

Z3 will move to 17,12 and use the Dodge action. 

Z1 will move to 19,14 and slashes at Fjeordi Attack: 16 Damage: 8 Attack: 15 Damage: 6 

S1 will move to 14,17 and use the Dodge action.

Chipper moves to 19,16. There, he lets out a kobold warcry! (Draconic Cry) It is cute and adorable, and distracts the foes within 10ft of him such that all attacks against them are made at advantage. (S3 and Z1)

Then casts bless on Scena, Velys, and
Noryarus. "Evil shall be brought low, my brothers and sisters at arms!"

Hey Fjeordi - Did Z1 hit you twice, or were those dame rolls only provisional?

Hit once.  Fjeordi reels back as he is struck clenching his jaw refusing to cry out and resolving to destroy these abominations!

A note on Advantage/Disadvantage:

Advantage: 

• Z1 (Draconic Cry)

Disadvantage:

• S1 (Dodge)

S3 used its action as Dodge but got hit by Dranconic Cry. 

((Z3 also failed Velys's Faerie Fire so the advantage from that would cancel out the disadvantage from dodge.))

Senca will move to 20,14 next to Z1 to attack with her Psychic Blades stabbing with her main hand then slicing with her off hand. 
Action Attack with advantage from the draconic cry: Attack: 25 Damage: 6 plus 9 for sneak attack.
Bonus Action Attack: Attack: 26 Damage: 8 
If the attack brings down Z1 then the bonus action will be to throw the psychic blade at S3 and will just use the first roll from the attack formula. If Z1 is downed then Senca will move to 20,16.
