Zephyrosbandages up some of his wounds but he's still pretty rough as a rock hits him in the head. "Oww..." The bearded veteran rubs his head. (Short rest 3 hit dice used for 21hp. Dex save: 4)
He grabs up his trident from the dead hag and lovingly holds the weapon with a renewed joy. Seemingly lost in his thoughts as he converses with his wife through the trident, only coming back to his senses as the rocks fall. He stands up, moving to the treasure trove... "Oh wow." the warrior exclaims as he looks at the treasure. "Yes, let's carry as much of this out before the building collapses down upon us."
Ironheartstops for a moment near the deathknight, Kithran. "Why did you come to help us?"The veteran asks bluntly. "Last we saw you, you commanded an army of undead and ordered them to assist us in reclaiming the ancient fortress of Axeholm. Now you arrive here in our hour of need to turn the tide. Whatever your reason, we are grateful."
As the deathknight begins to open a treasure chest, the tactician takes an instinctual step backwards and offers a warning, "Wait! Let Meira check the chests for traps first!"
The warrior then moves to carry one of the open chests up the cracked staircase back outside. He'll come back in and repeat as many times as possible to grab the valuables from this place.
Seeing Zephyrostaking one of the chests out, Meiracalls to others, "Someone grab the other chest, I can check it outside." She then tries to simply throw items into her pack - compass, spyglass, pendant, charm, rings, and the interesting jug. If she has time she'll try to get what she can of coins. She then mentions, "There's the chest of gems too." She picks that up and heads out if she can manage it. Otherwise, she suggests someone else take it.
Her intention is to get them out then come back in with Zephyros to grab more. For a second round she might give a glance to the bows or weapons to see if any strike her at a glance as unique and grab those. (Perception to check them if needed: 21) Additional coins too would be a priority and then she'd help with whatever else others might want to get out.
The young dark-haired man with the sinister-looking scar is caught by falling rocks and once more struck to the floor, further making him consider the gruesome and perlious path of an adventurer. His focus is to make it out of the light house alive but he and his accountant would want to assist if possible with bringing along any and all valuables.
Gareth assists in grabbing whatever he can carry, whether it's one of the iron chests or an armful of random loot. With Zephyros grabbing one of the chests, he assumes Kithran will grab the other, but if he doesn't, the ranger will pick it up.
Once everyone's arms are properly full of treasure, the ranger says, "All right. Let's get out of here."

Walking over to the alchemist station, you find enough supplies to put together your own set of Alchemist’s supplies as well as 5 potions filled with a metallic grey liquid. Tasting one, you recognize you found 5 potion of invulnerability.
Everyone,
As you stop Kithran from opening a closed chest, you gather up as much loot as possible and head back up the stairs and outside. The entrance door to the lighthouse opens easily enough and you find your way outside, placing your treasure in a pile. As you look back, ready for a return trip to get more treasure, you see a beautiful blue sky with a spattering of clouds. Sea gulls flying nearby and the sounds of birds chirping reaches your ears. The sun is getting low on the horizon and looks gorgeous against the endless expanse of the ocean. Light from the sun reflecting on the water making it sparkle like a thousand diamonds.
Suddenly you all feel the ground tremble again as a large stone from the top of the tower breaks off and hits the ground nearby. The tower has taken significant damage from the vortex disbursement and looks unstable. It might collapse at any moment. You've taken the following from below:
1 open chest filled with 120pp, 1,200gp, 1,800sp, and 2,200cp
A gold filigree compass
A pearl inlaid spyglass
A small chest of gemstones
A glass pendant
A seashell charm
A gold ring with a fancy inscription
A silver ring with a fancy inscription
An interesting clay jug
Two closed iron chests. (Contents unknown)
Do you head back down for the rest of the treasure?
Zephyros calmly watches as a large stone tumbles from the lighthouse, crashing onto the ground with significant force. 'It might hold up, at least for one more trip,'The veteran ponders. He then matter-of-factly announces to the group, "Kithran mentioned there was enough gold to start a war down in there. By the looks of it so far,"Zephyros glances toward Icespire peak. "We'll need an army to storm that mountain and slay the white dragon. In case we've forgotten, we also have a green dragon to look out for now. I'd say we could be able to recruit some conscripts with what we have now, but the more the better."Ironheartwatches his companions faces, hoping to catch glimpses of their thought processes as Zephyrosweighs a possibility. "I'll go down one more trip, but I don't expect any of you to follow. It most certainly is a risk, but so are the dragons."
The bearded bear descends into the depths one last time to gather:
1. The plate armor or chain mail that may be special
Kithran watches the crumbling lighthouse for a moment, then he rumbles,
"Although it could be stable for one more trip, I'd rather not be buried for a hundred years. I've already been in this lighthouse for far too long, we need to get a move on."
Kithran will wait outside for Zephyros' return, and he will study the seashell charm and the glass pendant.
"I think we've got most of it, save for the armor and weapons," says Gareth. He watches the veteran warrior head back into the lighthouse with a sigh. Another stone had toppled from the precipice of the tower. The whole thing was like to topple into the sea at any moment.
The ranger hesitates for only a moment before following Zephyros back down to the treasure. "Sylvie is going to kill me if I get crushed by a rock," he mutters to himself.
Inside the treasure room, he grabs the fanciest looking longbow and fanciest looking longsword, hoping they might be magical. Then with a nod to Zephyros, Gareth climbs back up the stairs and back up to safety as quickly as he can, hoping another rock isn't about to fall on his head.

Meira hesitates a moment when she hears Gareth mention Sylvie. But as Zephyros returns inside she says, "I'm with you."
She simply dumps out the items in her pack then rushes back inside. She'd work with Zephyros to collect as much of the platinum coins, then other coins, as possible. If time allows the silver goblet are dumped into the pack. Then she tries to take as many bows as possible. Shortbows first, the longbows.
Although the treasure beckons him to return and collect it all, Raszieltempers himself, ready to try and rescue anyone being trapped but otherwise abstaining from venturing back into the collapsing tower. His greedy accountant on the other hand flies back inside to collect as much of value as he can possibly carry.
Zephyros, Gareth, Meira, and Azazelhead back into the crumbling lighthouse to acquire more treasure. As they do, rocks begin falling at an increased rate. Garethjust barely avoids the rockfalls as he moves through the space. [[OOC: Everyone else going into the lighthouse including Azazel, Please make a Dex saving throw DC 15 taking 12 bludgeoning damage on a failure.]]
Zephyrosfocuses on scooping up the armor while Garethgrabs up some of the nicer weapons. Meiraand Azazelgather up additional coins and other treasure. Thankfully, all make it back out of the lighthouse (except maybe Azazelif he fails his Dex save) with their additional treasures just before the tower completely crumbles in on itself, leaving the building a ruin and the remaining treasure buried under several tons of stone and rock.
You've added the following to your pile of treasure:
260pp, 900gp
13 silver goblets
2 longswords, 2 shortbows, 2 longbows
1 set of chainmail, 1 set of plate, 1 shield
During your foray back into the lighthouse, Alisandehad been ritually casting detect magic and separating the treasure into two piles. She confirms to Kithranthat the charm and pendant he holds do hold some magical auras as well as the items listed below:
A gold filigree compass
A pearl inlaid spyglass
1 longsword, 1 longbow
1 sets of chainmail, 1 set of plate, 1 shield
A gold ring with a fancy inscription
A silver ring with a fancy inscription
An interesting clay jug
One of the closed iron chests exudes a protective charm upon the lock.
You all take stock of your situation and begin to decide your next move while the sun gets low on the horizon. Alisandeoffers to begin identifying the magical properties of the treasure but lets you know the process takes some time to complete. What would you like to do?
Moving quickly, Meira gathers what she can, avoiding the falling stones. As she makes it back outside before the tower collapses, she adds the more recent items to the others then starts to gather her belongings back into her pack.
With the light fading, she suggests, "We should find a place to rest for the night. Somewhere near." She then glances at the ruined tower. "And maybe just a little bit of a distance from this formerly cursed place. Well, and away from shore so we won't get caught by the tides.
Gareth just barely manages to avoid one of the stones this time. He regroups with the others, laying down the loot he collected below.
"That's a good idea," he says to Meira. "I can scout for a place to make camp for the night."
If no one objects, the ranger will do a little bit of scouting around the area, searching for the best spot to make camp that is suitably far from the shore but also secluded or defensible enough in case of attack.

The young dark-haired purple-robed man with the sinister-looking scarmerely nods and coughs a few times, finding a seat for himself while the neverwintan lady examines what they salvaged from the collapsed lighthouse and the married ranger finds them a suitable place to camp for the night.
Zephyrosavoids the falling rocks by staying vigilant and tracking their projected trajectory. With a lit torch in one hand, and his shield in the other, the warrior guides the group down to gather more loot. As they descend, the bearded veteran hears a whimper accompany one of the rock falls. 'What was that?' he wonders, 'Rasziel's invisible accountant maybe?'
"Stay vigilant, we may not be alone down here." He warns the others.
After coming back out...
Thankful to be out of the lighthouse, Ironheart turns and watches the building crumble and collapse. Turning to Alisande, "Thank you my lady. We appreciate your efforts. Hopefully some of this gear will aid us in our fight with the dragons."
As Meirasuggests moving to the top of the cliffs overlooking the shoreline, the burly man agrees, "Aye, that's a good idea. Riptides can be a deadly thing."
Once a suitable camp location is found, Zephyrosspends the evening interacting with his love, Silvara. To anyone watching, it would be an odd sight as he's seemingly talking to himself at times and showing a great reverence to the trident he holds. The fighter seems uncharacteristically carefree as he would normally be on watch, looking for danger.
As the evening wanes, Ironheart addresses the group, "Thank you all for accompanying me to the lighthouse. I could not have rescued my wife without your aid. I'm indebted to each one of you for your heroic actions this day. My wife's soul has decided to stay with me. She resides in this here trident. Her trident she used to save my life previously."
"Silvara has told me what happened that day we shipwrecked. The monsters captured the crew and took them into the basement of the lighthouse. One by one, the hags ritualistically killed each of them and trapped their souls in that cauldron, including my Silvara. They would lure ships to crash upon the rocks, charming anyone who saw the green light. Silvara says they were trying to summon a dangerous entity from the far realm and very nearly succeeded. A few more souls and the ritual would have been complete."
Gareth scouts a suitable camping spot on the cliffs overlooking the lighthouse, not far from the causeway. Where the rocks shelter the location from the east, and gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. After moving all of their loot, you all enjoy a much needed rest. Alisande continues to work through the night identifying all of the magical items.
You've found the following items:
Adventurer's Compass
A small magical compass made from silver, bearing gold accents. With a command word, you can use this compass to shine (as the Light spell). The item also functions as a nonmagical (magnetic) compass, granting you advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks made to determine location and direction.
A pearl inlaid spyglass
Wrapped around the edges of each segment is pearls with golden wirework and engraved on the smallest section in Elvish is the phrase “As the hawk does soar, his sharp eyes observe”. The lenses of this piece are mastercraft quality and have been magically enchanted to allow the viewing of objects miles away with total clarity. When looking through this object, the viewer gains the eyesight of a hawk. You can see up to 2 miles away with no difficulty, able to discern even fine details as though looking at something no more than 100 feet away from you. Additionally, dim light doesn’t impose disadvantage on your Wisdom perception checks.
A Horn made of a large seashell. You can use an action to blow into the horn. If you do so, chose a point of origin within 30 ft. All enemy creatures in a 15 ft. radius circle take 5d4 thunder damage or half as much on a successful CON 15 saving throw.
Also near the group is a chest filled with the several coins, two closed chests one of which is magically sealed, mundane weapons, a small chest of gemstones, and 13 silver goblets. I have added the magic items, coins, and mundane weapons to the party inventory. You may post any actions you wish to take prior to your long rest.
After a pleasant and restful night, the group awakes the next morning to the sound of seagulls, the smell of salt water, and the beautiful ocean view. What would you like to do?
Gareth opens one of the closed chests, but the other one is sealed with some sort of magic. With Alisande busy identifying all of the magical items, the ranger turns to Rasziel, nodding toward the sealed chest. "Do you think you can open that?"
After opening the chest and seeing what's inside, Gareth sits down next to Zephyros and looks at the trident with curiosity. "I'm glad we were able to save her, as well as all the other poor souls those hags trapped," the ranger says. "So Silvara...she can speak to you still? That must be comforting."
The ranger removes the locket from around his neck, opening it to reveal a portrait of a beautiful human woman with blonde hair and sparkling blue eyes. Gareth smiles as he looks at the image of his wife, so far away in Neverwinter, far away but thankfully safe from the threat of hags or any other monsters. "Silvara...Sylvie," the ranger laughs softly at the similarity of the names.
