On initiative 20, Bluemoon will firebolt the cranium rat - A: 16 Damage: 9 (fire), followed up with Dragon Breath spell casted on his owl familiar, will fly over and breath a 15' cone of Acid on the Cranium Rat and any other of the rats in the 15' cone effect - DC: 15 Dex save, Damage: 13 hp (acid).

Rosaline immediately recognizes that Bluemoon is going in for the attack... so yeah, she'll definitely join in on that. They started a job, and it looks like they're going to finish it.
