Pimento sees the lance blast through the counter and flinches to the side, grinning side before grabbing one of the bottles nearby, coming up from the counter and tossing it over at the head of the paladin, intent on the bottle shattering and getting glass all over his face before going back to hiding. (Improvised weapon, not sure what to do with the multiplier for Dex though) To hit:21 Damage:6 Sneak attack:4 Stealth:27
*Gretel will arrive when she arrives. I'll give her two turns, if you're alright with that*
The glass shatters against his head. He stumbles slightly, looking around wildly and getting alcohol in his eyes. He growls in pain. He has disadvantage on all his attacks next turn, which I'll get to in just a second.
*Don't know why you need my permission, but I'm definitely alright with that.*
They can't see Pimento, they have no clue where he could be, but he's cackling, knowing the blow hit exactly where he wanted it to "Hope that wasn't the good hooch!"
The Paladin slashes with his weapon, wide arcs and wild sparks flying in Lydia's face.
Attack: 8 Damage: 11 piercing +4 fire Attack: 7 Damage: 13 piercing +3 fire
The vigilantes begin throwing Molotov cocktails randomly in a panic. The entire bar is set on fire, and for every turn anyone ends within 5ft of it they take 6 fire damage.
Everyone sees the bartender appear behind the paladin. They look like a nightmare in the light of the flame and the dying red neon. They wrap their arms around the paladin's neck and begin stabbing him in the neck, trying to find purchase through his thick armor.
The bartender disengages with their bonus action and moves back. However, they are out in the open still, unable to blend into the crowd after that attack.

Neither of the paladin's attacks hit, Lydia ducking out of the path of the weapon's swinging strikes- contrary to what one might think, she's surprisingly quick on her feet. *Quick question: seeing as the paladin rolled a nat 1 for that second swing, would Lydia be able to use her reaction to somehow exploit that?*

Lydia sees the force with which the knight swings their weapon, and sees an opportunity. In a flash, she produces her dagger and tries to stab the paladin in one of his hands- hoping a combination of that and the inertia of the swinging strike will make him lose grip on his weapon.
20 to hit, 2 piercing damage.

Brilliant move.
The Paladin screams in pain. The Organ Doner goes flying over the flaming bar and lands right next to Pimento. "No!" The Paladin roars.
Magic Item: Organ Doner Rare Heavy Crossbow A crude and cruel weapon crafted by a disgruntled Flavor Paladin. Can be used in melee and deals an extra 1d4 fire damage. Harpoon retracts and can be used again, or discarded to impale the target to the wall directly behind them, applying Burning and preventing them from moving until they take an action to remove the harpoon Fire is sacred to the Knights of Fierre, and is said to purge evil from the world. However, some insurgent sects have very different views on what must be purged.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
*assuming Gretel is able to take two turns back to back…*
Gretel had been watching the chaos unfold from behind a table for the first few seconds- seeing it erupt into madness, now was the time to act. As an action, she summons her pact/hexblade- a giant ladle, which functionally works as a flail for now. As a bonus action, Gretel mutters a sylvan curse under her breath, and in the distance, the Paladin can hear the faint cackling of Aunt Marjorie as he is marked for death. (Hexblade’s curse).
on her second turn, she uses a bonus action to cast branding smite, as her ladle glows red hot. As an action, she attacks the Paladin.
to hit: 18 (crits on 19-20) damage: 13 bludgeoning+ 6 radiant. In addition, the Paladin begins to glow and shed light in a 5 ft radius.

The ladle smashes his jaw. Blood begins to pour from his nose and split lips. He begins to shuffle backward toward the door, realizing how bad a situation he is in.
