Pleased by the happy reunion, the drow still just hoped there was enough of the boy left to fix. "Your daughter is returned to you. She was lured away by a man now residing at the bottom of the lake. A sea hag was in league with the man, and now also feeds the bottom dwelling fish. Is the boy now free to go?" he asks.
Barring objections, which he would then object to, he moves to Alexi, cuts his binds, and gently leads him to Lorelei. The bard looks at her hopefully. "Your healing magic is much more potent than mine. If you have no power left for spells I can stop the bleeding, but he is better in your gentle and capable hands."

Luvash continued to hug his daughter, carefully checking her all over for cuts and bruises.
There now Ellis says, let the boy go, he has paid his penance. He nods at Illmirth and Lorelei, chin pointing towards Alexei. I have not been gifted with healing magic, if there is anything you can do? I have a medicine pouch if that would help.
In her Vardo Lysana opens a large cedar chest and pulls out the carefully folded clothes for Crisaryn. A pair of soft leather trousers, with a soft leather tunic embroidered with flowers, and a blouse also embroidered with the same deep red flowers. She reaches further inside and pulls out some underthings. I'm afraid that my feet are larger than yours, here are some soft slippers that will keep your feet warm whilst your boots dry. No I'll not hear of it, the clothes are yours to do with as you will. You never know when you'll need a little finery. She smiles, when you've finished dressing join me outside near the fire to dry off. I'll take your clothes and give them to Maeve our laundress.
The young blonde priestess is fuming over the barbaric treatment of Alexei, but fortunately she is able to refocus as the drow leads the poor boy away from his tormentor. "There, I will make the pain go away now, you just relax." She says softly with a reassuring tone, letting her hands slowly move over the boy's back to heal the many wounds there with their radiant light while quietly praying to the Morninglord.
She looks on and is assured that further assistance isn't needed. She has healing magics of her own but they are not as extensive as that of a true cleric.
Standing to the side she rests and awaits the next task.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
"It's really too much," she starts, but quickly relents. "But I thank you for your generosity." As Lysana steps out, she starts to peel the cold damp clothes off, trying to neatly fold her dingy colored items into a neat pile. The dry underclothes though are a great improvement, and she quickly pulls on the soft trousers. It takes her a moment to adjust to them, being used to her long shirt, more like a dress, that she always wore. Soon she has the blouse and tunic on, glancing about for a mirror. The brightly colored fabrics, especially the bright red embroidered flowers, are a large contrast to what she normally wears. Though she has to admit they are far more comfortable than her traveling clothes.
There's nothing much to do for her bedraggled hair, especially with the beads that she has woven in. A proper brushing will take some time removing the beads first and then some untangling. She just leaves it. With the new slippers on, she gathers up the wet items along with her boots and slips outside to the fire. "Lysana, these are really lovely. I am in your debt for your kindness."
Now standing near the fire, she finally gives realization to just how cold she had been. She hovers near the flames, reveling in their warmth. "How are the others faring? Will they come back here to join us?"
I'll send a messenger, Antoni find our visitors and Ellis, invite them to my fire, I have venison enough for all and the last of the wine. Bring me some more wood as well.
The shy boy looked at Crisaryn and smiled very slightly at her, before darting away.
Ellis showed the party to the Vardo of Ginell, Alexei's mother. She gasped at the clothing lashed from his back and turned him to see how badly he was hurt. She found only pink lines from healed welts, the scars should heal more over time. Luvash? She asks of Ellis.
The boy let Annabelle wander away from him. She was kidnapped. Luckily Arrigal and these friends of mine intervened. Lorelei managed to heal his wounds. It would be best for him to rest and eat well for the next couple of days. He can help me make some mead now the hives are ready for the winter. I'll keep him away from Luvash until he calms down.
"The poor lass was lured away from the group by a man with bad intentions. The boy could have kept a closer eye on her, but the blame here lies with the man, now dead, who took her." Placing a hand gently in Alexi's shoulder he said softly, "Next time, you will be more vigilant. For now, rest well and heal your body and mind. Luvash will calm down in time."
When the group is ready, Illmirth follows them to the fire.

Crisaryn gives Antoni a brief smile before he runs off. She lingers near Lysana's fire, letting the warmth seep back into her. As the boy is fetching Ellis and the others, she asks, "Would he need some help with the wood? I'd be happy to help."
Alerya stands with her arms folded and nods. That Luvash guy better cool down. He should be glad his daughter didn't suffer anything beyond wet feet and a fright. Sure the boy made a mistake but that's all part of growing up. Learning from your mistakes as a child make you into the adult you become.

Lysana smiled warmly at Crisaryn. Wood gathering is part of his chores. Here she points at some comfortable cushions surrounding the fire, then sits herself next to the spit, making sure that the roast venison cooks evenly. Your clothes shouldn't take more than a few hours, we'll mend them while we are at it. Tell me what are you seeking, did Madam Eva help?
Ellis seemed to exude calm, his offer for Alexei to join him for work over the next few days welcome. Luvash would calm down in time.
Antonio came running to the Vardo Elder he calls. Lysana asked you to join her at her cooking fire and to bring our new friends with you. His eyes widened at Alexei back and he turned wild eyed back to Ellis.
All is under control young one, best to be on to your other chores and thank you for being so fast.

A bit reluctantly, Crisaryn sits on some of the cushions. She seems unused to simply sitting. "My old traveling clothes? Really, they're such old things, they're hardly worth the mending." She does though sit back, quiet for a moment, still taking in the warmth of the flames. "Madam Eva did help. She mentioned several things we needed to find. And we've already got one of them. Some ravenkind holy symbol. Lorelei will put that to use, I think."
As she sits now in the nicer embroidered clothes, her hair dry but bedraggled from the water, she looks much more the part of an unimposing young woman. Not wrapped up in her cloak, the firelight glints from the golden scales along her neck and seem to brighten her yellow eyes. "Still to find is a tome, a sword, and a man with a monkey. I daresay Illmirth is more the scholarly sort for whom the tome will be useful. The sword clearly would best be used by Alerya. I don't think we'll find anything for me. But if they all help us against our foe, then it's worth the work to gather them."
The bard nods to Ellis upon hearing the request. As they begin to head that way he moves to walk with Alerya. "You don't by chance know how to play an instrument, do you? No worries if you don't, I'm certain we can find a fitting role for you if you are willing..." he says with a mischievous grin. "I could use a hand preparing a performance for the children at the festive in Vallaki tomorrow night. Since we said we would only participate one day I wanted to do something different. What do you think? Do you hear the call of the stage?"
