Rachus you awake to the sound of Skritch creating an unholy racket. Blinking away the enchantment you sit up to see Vakas and Thanadol wide awake investigating this strange room; Skritch dashing around saving all you sleepy souls from oblivion and Dealuri sitting up with a smile and a bright red nose. Jemile still slumbers at the foot of the table and seems to be too far gone to be awoken by the efforts of Skritch.
The entrance remains closed fast, but Thanadol (with an investigation roll of 21) you discover an exit. A lose stone in the back wall with a black palm print on it gives all the signs of a trigger to open some hidden doorway through which you might pass. As a seasoned adventurer you have seen such devices more times than you care to remember.
Vakas you hear the high pitched sound of Little Buddy snoring within your coat.
Rachus eyes flutter open and then furrows in bewilderment "What by Beshal's harp are you doing Skritch?" he slowly then stands and surveys the room and sees Jemile "Is he alright?"
Vakas smiles despite the situation, listening to the snoring sound of little buddy. He picks him up out of his pocket quickly to look at him, then places him back in, saying to himself, "Gotta get everyone to safety, this is not good..". He sees that Thanadol has found something, hopefully a way out. Vakas goes over and picks up Jemile, hoisting her body over his shoulders and carries her out of the sleep-trap, trying to get her and the others to safety. "C'mon now fellas, we need to move, let's see what Thanadol has found..". He brings her body over that way, trying to ignore the snoring sounds.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Skritch rouses Sunhill, that's if his mount is not already up.
If we're all good to go then go we must, he thinks. However, having just been trapped once, he's not keen to get whammied a second time. Not straight out of the gate. He might let a trap expert with expertise like Vakas go first, just to, er, clear the way.
With his all the, er, expertise and the feet, er, and so forth and such like...
Skritch you examine Jemile and (with a 14) surmise that they are in good health and (with an 8) will perhaps recover once the power of the restless spirits is settled. (Lesser restoration would not be helpful in this circumstance and yes Sunhill has been roused by your shenanigans).
Vakas make a strength check as you attempt to lift the sleeping half giant and carry them across the room.
You all stand next to Thanadol looking at a loose stone in the wall with a black handprint etched upon it. Vakas you will quickly be able to confirm the suspicions of the wizard. This is a trigger designed to be pressed inward to open a secret door. A cursory inspection of the nearby wall will show the tell tail signs of a carefully crafted seem in the stone that will shift once the handprint has been pressed inward.
Dealuri starts jumping up and down in excitement. “Oh, I’ve gotta idea. I could use magic. This time not to cause a fire but to press the hand button thingy. I used the spell a couple of times to pick up clothes and things. Maybe Mage Hand could press it while we stand a bit further away from the door.” She really is excited about having some magic ability.
Thanadol considers and then launches into a professional speach.
You could. Do that but people can guard against magic or mistakes. It might trigger defenses under certain circumstances. And these hands of ours can be precise but they can be hard to control at times. Which can make it awefully difficult to work, ehh. At times like this it is best to let the professional sneak thief at it.
((OOC : Strength check accidentally rolled as a strength save, but it has the same modifier.))
Strength check : 17
Vakas lifts Jemile out of there, or if he has difficulty lifting her size, weight, he drags her, or asks for help to do so. We've got to get out of here.. he keeps thinking to himself. He comes over to the hand plate, the switch for a secret door and smiles as he hears the dissertation about switches, plates and secret doors. He sets Jemile down and kneels, looking at the plate intently. "Every now and again, you get some ruddy bastard who wants to trap the secret door switch just to mess with ya. I've learned that it pays to check it twice before shoving your hand in there."
Vakas looks carefully, examining above, below and all around for any needle traps or other chicanery and if he is satisfied, he presses in on the switch to open the secret door.
Investigation : 20

Thandol examines the stone. "There is a secret exit here everone" And he will attempt to open it and reveal the next room
Skritch is a little worried about their friend Jemile.
He examines them to see whether she is in any danger or will awaken in their own sweet time... (Medicine 9+5=14, Arcana 4+4=8).
He's not sure if Lesser Restoration would be needed to wake them from their funkstate. But he will try it if it's needed.
