Salty grinned at Samir, he was playing the part of annoyed companion masterfully. "Aww, lighten up Shhhhamir," he slurs our loudly. "This'll be fer stick'n a smile on yer face. Why come the she turtle cross't the bay? Fer gettin' to yon other tide!" the orc said loudly, then laughed heartily, entirely too much for the quality of his own terrible joke. He then proceeded to take another drink from his cup, holding the cup to his mouth for several seconds but only drinking a little. He rose shakily, "I'm fer needin' to drain the sea serpent," he said crudely as he turned and took a step, hooking his foot on the leg of the chair. The chair tipped over and he grabbed the edge of the table to stay upright. He then grinned stupidly, picked up the chair, sat back down, and said, "Might be fer waitin' a minute on that."
Salty had seen, and been, drunk enough to know what it looks and sounds like.

Salty will play this up for a while, drinking a little, spilling alot, but always a little too loud and slurry. "Watch me back, mates," he whispers softly. He stands a bit shakily, his chair scooting back loudly. He looks around stupidly, slack jawed and with a dazed look on his face. "I'm fer havin' another when I gets back, and ye scurvy ridden land lubbers er fer buyin'!" he slurs out as he walks, on wobbly legs, towards the door. He gets a little crooked leaving, banging his shoulder into the door jam and sluring out a small wave of profanity. He then stumbles into a nearby alley, finds a spot to fein answering nature's call.

Salty you hear the sound of footsteps moving down the alley and you see a woman wearing a dark burqa with Misbaha (Prayer Beads) in her hand. She is moving her thumb from one bead to the next as she mumbles something. Perhaps it's a prayer. Her eyes are obscured by the mesh veil.
Salty glances her way, looking for anything to identify her as the woman inside. He mumbles sheepishly, "Beggin' yer pardon, me lady." He remains on high alert and ready to dodge an attack and pretends to finish his business.

Krakan definitely follows as well, right behind Lucan, doing his best to weave and wobble to keep up the act as well. When he sees the lady in the burqa apparently force Salty to stop, he quickens his pace, his gait becomes steadier and steadier, the apparent drunken Goliath suddenly seems very much aware and very much ready to jump in and help his companion. He stays silent, ready to grab the figure in the burqa from behind….

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Samir takes the rear of the group, still acting like a babysitter to a bunch of drunk toddlers. As he comes around with Krakan and spots the figure in the burqa he steps forward “I’m so sorry, ma’am,” he says passing through the group. As he does, he casts Guidance on Lucan. He then glancing back at his two friends wobbling in the alley. “They’ve had far too much to drink tonight. I promise I’ll get these drunken idiots out of here before they cause any more offense. Please… forgive their behavior.” Samir tries to keep the tone of annoyed babysitter

"I'm not fer likin' gettin' magic't. Said 'scuse me an everythin'," he says to the veiled woman. With speed that seemed uncanny for the burly orc, Salty burst into motion. He slid a step towards the barrels, grabbed her robes, and jerked her down and into the space he just occupied. As he pulls, he drags his left leg, trying to trip her. Regardless of the outcome he pushes his way past the barrels to block her exit.
Whether she falls prone or not the big orc wraps his hand around the hilt of his sword and held it menacingly towards her.
