“Hah! Right idea, let me try…”. Krakan starts to slap his forearms and biceps, taking deep breaths. He runs forward 15 of his 45 feet of movement and leaps over the barrels to end up behind Burqa, and has he’s doing so, he keeps taking deep breaths. You rub your eyes, but it appears that Krakan gets even larger than before!
Krakan uses Large Form, once per long rest as a bonus action, he changes his size to Large for 10 minutes until he ends it. For that duration, adv on strength checks and speed increases by 10 feet (so now his speed is 55 feet).
Then from behind Burqa, in his large form he uses his big arms to grapple her and reduce her speed to 0.
Athletics to grapple (with adv) : 24

Samir steps to the side to get a good view of the Burqa figure. He holds his holy symbol aloft , "Your fate is not yet sealed, but the Judge watches! Let your deeds be weighed!" and casts Bane.(DC Cha 13) A flicker of grey-ash colored coils of energy fly out towards the figure and try and wrap around their throat and wrists, attempting to bind them with an existential dread.
Bane: Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make Charisma saving throws. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
Though grappled Burqa once more begins chanting in abyssal. Dark flitting energies expand from her in a 15ft sphere.
Anyone who enters or ends their turn within this sphere must roll Wis Save DC 14. Half damage on success. Also, anyone within 15 ft of her has their movement halved.
Salty growls as he tries to shake off the dark magic, but the negative energy defeats his mental barriers and hits him for full effect. "Ye gots lots o' tricks, don't ye," Salty says to her, the calmness of his words more intimidating than any yelling or screaming. His eyes scanned the tangled mess of giant arms and black robes. When he had an opening that wouldn't risk hitting Krakan he drives his blade into the black robes.
Salty feels his blade cut a bit of fabric, but none of the enemy beneath them. With out a sound, he back peddled away from her, his eyes narrow and intense. He moved until he felt the dark energy cease its crackling around him. His hand reached for his holy symbol. I'm fer needin a bit o' help, he muttered under his breath, calling on his divine power to ease his wounds.
***OoC: Longsword attack: 7 damage: 8 / full movement to get out of the dark energy circle / bonus action LoH for 5 HP***

“Let him not vow to walk in the dark, who has not seen the nightfall.” — Elrond
Lucan 30ft away sees the dark spell radiate out and is thankful he's further away. He is guessing the individual is not backing down. He is now more concerned about the others and what that dark energy is doing to them. He does not want to let it continue and decides to go to ranged attacks and forego the non lethal option.
With adv from rapier vex attack last round. Action: Shortbow attack and sneak attack on Burqa, BA cunning action Hide stealth check.
Seeing the darkness emanate from the enemy, Samir also forgoes a more polite solution and instead decides that ending this quickly would be best. He raises his hand to face the figure, "You have chosen Judgement!" A cold pale light with silver streaks of energy coalesces in Samir's palm and focuses into a bolt. The bolt streaks forward in a radiant flash with trailing motes of glowing silver dust flickering like lost souls.
Guiding Bolt - A flash of light streaks toward a creature of your choice within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 radiant damage, and the next attack roll made against this target before the end of your next turn has advantage, thanks to the mystical dim light glittering on the target until then.
*** OOC - These rolls! What in the world? a 3 to hit (+5 modifier), and two 1's and two 2's? -.-
Krakan remembers and uses the wrestling moves they taught in his classes, he shifts his big body around to keep his pressure and weight on her, hooking her arms behind her back and holding them there in a clamp like vise grip. He reaches into his pack and pulls out some rope with his other hand and loops it around her arms, her neck, and loops it around her legs as well in an attempt to move the grapple into a full restrained condition. "You should give this up, you are surrounded. When I get done tying you up, I'm going to sit on you until you answer us!"
Action : Sleight of hand check to tie her up with rope : 11 (DC 10 was needed to tie her up)
Bonus action : he expends a focus point to use his elbow to bash into her head twice, in an attempt to break her concentration on the spell - flurry of blows.
Elbow to the head 1- 23 to hit, for 8 points of nonlethal bludgeoning damage.
Elbow to the head 2 - 21 to hit, for 4points of nonlethal bludgeoning damage.
Wisdom save, if needed : 7 - let me know if he takes the damage.
Movement : If Burqa is restrained, he shifts his weight and indeed sits on her.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 3
Burqa attempts to break the grapple
Athletics vs Krakan.

Lucan as you are further away you see from the tavern door the woman in dark leathers exiting and upon seeing the fight she is moving straight towards you. "You don't seem drunk anymore. Now surrender or this can get rather messy" with a swift movement a pair of daggers are now in her hands.
