Arkun looks down the room and sees the human and the skeletons in the distance, but leaves them alone. He backpedals 15-20 feet and casts entangle to snare / slow the closer crawling hands and the zombie, hopefully restraining them.

The decaying hands skitter across the cavern floor like scarabs, sloughing off bits of flesh as they crawl toward you. Small and quick, they prove difficult to strike; by the time that Aldric and Rumble's weapons reach two them, they are near their feet, crawling over armor in an attempt to find flesh.
Rylan's whip lashes out toward one of the hands, striking nothing but the air near it, as the paladin moves along the wall of the chamber near the stairway. Much to his chagrin, the robed zombie follows, swinging a heavy arm toward the back of his neck that misses by a few inches. The sound of the whip seems to startle the human at the workbench, if his high pitched shout is any indication. His head snaps toward the sounds of combat, and he backpedals behind the line of skeletons at the far end of the chamber, who remain standing stoically without movement.
Arkun chants the incantation of a spell, and thick vines suddenly sprout from the ground, engulfing four of the crawling claws within them. Two of the severed hands can be seen using their claws to clamber up and down the vines while another is caught firmly within them.
Round 2 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: Aldric is engaged in melee combat with one crawling claw. Rumble is engaged in melee combat with one crawling claw. Rylan is engaged in melee combat with the zombie, 30 feet away from the claws. Arkun is 15 feet behind the claws and 45 feet away from Rylan. The skeletons and the human are currently non-combatants and 90 feet away from Rylan.
Aldric half notices the hooded man scramble away as his axe misses its target. He is forced to attempt to not only scrape the hand off his armored leg, but also slice it in two.
As Rumble felt the blessings of the earth fade from his being, his heart began to hammer in his chest as a more primal one stirred within him. He would go on to grit his teeth in defiance of it, as the beating carried an all too familiar and frightening rhythm to it. But, as blood began to boil undeterred by his will, the conflict led to a moment's hesitation, and his swing at the crawling claw nearest him is one so wide that only by a miracle would the axe blade bite rotten flesh over stone floor upon completion of the strike! Hit or miss, Rumble found himself nevertheless growling out, "Hold... Sssstilll!"
Bonus Action: Enter a Rage.
