Immotichey attempts to sense deception, and for Immotchey, the apparition seems to vanish, as if it was never there. However the moans and screams heard seem to grow louder, echoing through all of your minds. Arthasis and Chubby however still see the apparition as you all move along. Almost to the final third of the ridge. The ridge thinning out again as you can see the edge of the cave mouth, glowing against the abyssal and eternal blackness, a welcoming blue glow suffusing the caves entrance. Only a few hundred feet away. You have now been walking for more than 24 hours.

Arthasis did his best to ignore the spectre and to focus on the the last bit of the ridge ahead of him. He and the others almost made it. "If we make it. We should take the chance and make camp. I could sure use a little sleep.", Arthasis said.
Evrik looks down into the darkness and says a few quiet words, causing the tune I'm Your Boogie Man to begin playing down in the depths beyond the aberration. (Thaumaturgy) Then continuing to move down the ledge he says to himself again, One step at a time. (Acrobatics: 4)
Within site of more ground, Evrik loses his footing. Grasping for the rope that Chubby had laid out before him and any part of the wall or ledge that he could reach. (Acrobatics: [DEX ST] 9)
If Shuushar even notices the apparition, he doesn't appear to pay it much mind. Only the guttural hum that began ever since the spirit made its appearance hinted at otherwise.
Acrobatics: 17. (17 in case the roller messes up) (3 out of 3)
After carefully making sure he had a firm balance on the ledge, Shuushar puts out a hand on Evriks back, gently correcting his course before gravity or the dwarf's weight became a true issue.
"Do not lose focus, warrior of faith. I sense that an end is near, but not of that kind. So take comfort in the knowing, and press forward."
Evrik loses his balance for a moment, but manages to use the rope pulley to re-balance himself. The group make their way cautiously to the final step and hteb back onto more solid footing. The blue humming glow suffusing the area with a peaceful repose. The blue light was soft and welcoming. As you round the slight corner you would finally see the crystals themselves, hundreds if not thousands of fist-sized crystalline chunks were inside the massive cave, each shedding light in a roughly 10-foot area. They covered the walls, and roof, but left the floor barren. The light was dim enough that it wouldn't effect sleep, but bright enough it was similar to a faint torch.
The crystals thrummed, and each one was beautiful beyond measure. The only source of water was a tiny drop drip drip in the far end of the cave, which would cost you an hour or more each to drink enough to be satisfied. Your waterskins are empty, if you have them, as you've not stopped to fill them with water.
"Well, looks like we've made it.", the warlock breathed a sigh of relief. It may have been at the cost of three lifes but Arthasis was still breathing and he definitely booked that as a win. "Let's get to the water and make camp. I propose that whoever is on watch fills the waterskins.", he suggested to the others. On his way over, he examined one of the crystals trying to find out if they posed an immediate danger. Perception with Guidance :5
As you scan around, your eyes had become so used to the unnaturally pure darkness from before, that when you gazed fully into the room, the brightness pained your eyes, causing you to recoil in agony, blinded. Uour eyes hurt like you had stared directly into the sun for a full 30 seconds.. You are blinded for the next five minutes.
Evrik is amazed at the light show emitted by the crystals and wants to investigate further but as he continues to enter the cave, the light is too much to bear. Before loosing all of his sight he finds a quick place to sit, closes his eyes and listens closely to the vibrating frequencies of the crystals for some understanding of their nature. (Perception: 5)
Unable to ascertain any information, he utilizes the soft buzz to allow himself to focus inwardly and pray to the All Mother, seeking guidance and focus.
As Evrik's mind comes back to the present he realizes his vision is not hampered. Standing, he approaches the sound of the dripping water, Evrik looks closer to see if he can determine the source of the slow leak or if it may be pooling somewhere hidden from his initial view of the cave. (Investigation: 7)
"What do you guys think? Should we stop a while and try to fill our water skins? At this slow rate of flow, it could take a long time to fill them all."

Immotichey crawls off the wall and follows the others into the crystal-lit cave. He walks up behind the dwarf, and says in a even voice, "I descended a few hundred feet and saw no sign of the bottom.... only more darkness." He takes a calming breathe, and ignites his hand using the spell that has been all too common in there conflicts. "However, In a world that allows such things as this," he rotates his hand before his face watching flames dance, and not harming him, "anything is possible. Though I would temper any expectations." He snuffs the flame out with a clenched fist.
As they continue through the cave the lizardman examines these crystal formations, trying to recall if the elders if his tribe may have mentioned any such things.
Immotichey's magic refuses to be snuffed out, instead it grew wild, flying to the ceiling in a dazzling pattern that would make even the greatest master of fireworks blush in awe, the fire traversed the cavern in various ways, creating new, wonderous images, dragons, and elves, entire cities, and then just winked out of existence.
Chubby: "What the?! WOW! Immo, those are the best fireworks I've ever seen! Even better than the Great Display of 1282, the famous display in celebration after my clan won the Best Vegan Ale Brew in the annual Dwarven Association of Beer Brewers (DABB)!"
"Tha-that wasn't my doing," the lizardman replies still in awe of his magic going wild. "Maybe these crystals had some sort of effect on it." He points to the warlock, "We've see that they can cause minor blindness."
