(Looks like Mag can get to goblin A through some diagonal movements - unless the foliage off the trail is difficult terrain. I am going to assume he can make it, though.)
Magnus catches sight of the ruffians attacking his comrades - goblin bandits! Gritting his teeth, he veers off his primary trajectory and makes a break for the nearest goblin lurking in the undergrowth off the trail. As he gets close, he raises his sword aloft and cries, "Underhanded wretches! You've earned Helm's retribution!" before bringing the blade down with abandon!
Attack against goblin A: Attack: 23 Damage: 6 plus sap: If you hit a creature with a Longsword, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
"Ambush!" The orc roared, sensing the attack that was about to come. Throg's wrist snapped, flinging the palmed dagger toward the shifting green above. It vanished into the leaves.
Arrows whistled down from the thickets, and twin pains blossomed in Throg's shoulder and in his gut. He staggered — nearly fell — but the flame of his stubborn will kept him upright. Blood ran warm down his side.
One breath. Then another.
He looked back up. The goblins had melted back into the underbrush!
There was no time to curse his bad luck. Throg snarled once and bounded up the embankment, heedless of the pain. He thrust the point forward into the wall of brush where the arrows had come from. The leaves shook. Something squealed. For good measure he followed up with a vicious kick ... but the monk's heavy boot found no purchase.
Reaction: Readied dagger attack (8 to hit, 7 piercing damage)
No action: Relentless Endurance. The two arrows would have brought Throg to 0 hit points remaining, but due to this orcish racial ability, he is brought instead at 1hp remaining.
Free: Wisdom [Perception] check of 5 vs hide DC of 14. Fail!
Move: I9 (Unclear whether or not climbing would be required. Throg has 30' of movement and the distance looks to be 10', and 20' if climbing is required).
Action: Spear attack at J9 (w/ disadv, 16 to hit, 6hp piercing)
Bonus Action: Unarmed Attack at J9 (w/ disadv, 10 to hit, 5hp bludgeoning)
(Also you mention 5 goblins but only 4 attacked and on the map)
(That was a typo, sorry. There are only four goblins!)
Round 1
The onslaught of arrows almost takes Throg down, but he rallies at the last moment. He climbs up the rock face of the embankment, searching for the elusive goblins, but they blend in well with the foliage and remain still as possible. Still, he thrusts into the foliage with his spear and is rewarded by a goblin squealing in pain.
Magnus is just able to make it up the embankment from the sloping side and he lashes out at the same area as Throg. The blade cuts deeply into the shoulder and neck of the goblin, nearly decapitating it, and it falls out of the bush dead.
There is a rustling nearby and another goblin (B) pops out and rushes Magnus with a scimitar: 16 to hit, miss!
Meanwhile, the goblins on the other embankment take turns peppering the party with arrows. One (C) aims at Herron again: 13 to hit, 5 damage.
The other one takes aim at Chretien, still near the wagon: 11 to hit, miss!
After shooting, Goblins C & D try to Hide again. DC 9 Perception check.
Initiative: 15: Throg 13: Magnus 12: Goblins 12: Clara 11: Ellora 10: Herron 9: Chretien
Clara, Ellora, Herron and Chretien are up! Followed by Throg and Magnus for their Round 2 turns.
Clara is wide-eyed with shock at the outbreak of hostilities, yet far from freezing on the spot, her panic transforms into wild, giddy laughter. "Are those r-r-really goblins?" She gasps, her voice strangely caught somewhere between terror, awe and the unadulterated joy of sudden adventure.
Before she can receive a response, she watches as her orc companion is turned into a pin-cushion by a cavalcade of black-feathered arrows. Clara flinches with sympathy, but rallies the bloodied warrior onward, bouncing up and down, pumping a fist in the air. "You won't take Throg down that easily, you gruesome... grotty... garish little gobbos! Run back to your hovels while you can... before Throg tans your hides and turns you into MINCE MEAT!" Despite the breathless squeakiness of her battlecry, a magical aura descends on Throg, granting him a supportive boon for the next hour.
Inspired by the courage of her companions in the face of peril, the silver-haired actress gambols towards a large boulder up ahead. Thanks to her keen vision, Clara spots the bandits on the northerly embankment attempting to take cover. A flame suddenly manifests in the palm of her hand - with a sharp toss of her hand, it sizzles across the rocky grasslands towards one of the crouching greenskins.
ACTION:Fire Bolt at Goblin C, To hit: 22, Damage: 10 BONUS ACTION: Bardic Inspiration to Throg (+1d6 to any failed D20 test for the next hour). MOVEMENT: Taking cover at D4. OTHER: Passive perception of 13 beats the 9 Stealth DC
Herron shocked by the sudden arrows that stick out from his side. Turning back towards throg to yell a warning just to see his words were too late. Turning back towards the dead horses, he runs for cover. This time seeing the next arrow coming towards him Herron was able to magicly force yhe arrow away. Focused on finding cover, Herron lost sight of his attacker but lobbed a Fire Bolt before crouching down.
Herron casts the shield spell and spares himself from another arrow. He runs toward cover. Although he tries to fling a spell back toward his attackers, it goes wide. He then runs for cover behind a large boulder in the road.
Clara unleashes a fire bolt at one of the goblins on the embankment. Her spell incinerates the goblin, and it falls, still smoking, into the road below! She then takes cover behind the large boulder with Herron.
Round 1 Initiative: 15: Throg 13: Magnus 12: Goblins 12: Clara 11: Ellora 10: Herron 9: Chretien
Ellora and Chretien may take their Round 1 turns! Followed by Throg and Magnus for their Round 2 turns.
Chretien starts at the goblin's attack, a rare grimace flitting across his face. His goddess teaches peace and joy, and he was raised to avoid violence at all costs. But with his companions in danger... He watches as Herron is hit twice and snaps into action, murmuring a prayer of protection to Lliira and casting Healing Word, a sparkling, orange-yellow light surrounds Herron's wounds, and when it dissipates he is healed for 10 hp.
Chretien then turns his attention to Goblin D, walking a few steps forward to C4 and casting Sacred Flame (DC 14 Dex) for 4 damage on a fail.
Perception check: 18

"Damn it all," Magnus grunts as he rushes forth to cover Throg and Herron, all the while keeping his eyes peeled for their assailants.
