If Thrash doesn't think the cloak and mummy are anything special, he would try to trade them and a wolf helmet for a shield 

He's grossed out by the cloak and the mummy hand. He'll give you 10 gold for the helmet, and he doesnt sell shields.

Thrash will trade one of his wolf Helmets for 10g and keep the other items. He would also ask if they sold woodcarver's tools and buy a set if they are available before leaving the shop. Once outside the shop, he will take some time to strap the Black pauldron he took from the animated armor to his leather harness. "I guess this will have to do until I can make myself another shield..." he will mutter to himself, tightening the straps and making sure it is secured properly over his left shoulder. Glancing up to Rajiira, the urge to ask for his shield back creeps into his mind for just a moment. Almost as quickly as it surfaced, that idea is obliterated when the sight of the pauldron reminds him of the heavy hit she took in the same fight where he earned this new piece of armor. Thrash will shake his head to rid himself of the thought... "that shield is hers now... I need it to help protect her when I fail to do so..." he will say to himself, examining the wooden scraps he was given... trying to formulate a plan to construct a new shield for himself.

Rajiira only has one gold herself.. but remembers the chunk of marble, She would pull it out of her pack, and show it to the shopkeep asking How much could one get for this piece of fine, red marble. It could be refashioned into jewelry with a clever hand, and sell for much more than you pay for it now.

((Omigod YES. A group I was part of tried to do that once, and we were all agreed, despite the DM repeatedly telling us that we shouldn't. We spent all of our money on a plot of land, and set about building an inn. Turns out building an inn takes much longer, and costs a lot more than we thought. We spent forever getting the money for it, and ended up abandoning it a bit later when we realized that we couldn't advance the plot while we were sitting in an inn that we didn't know how to run, quickly going into debt.))

Alustine will also stay outside of the merchant's place, since he pretty much openly threatened him and still held a grudge over the way the shopkeeper had treated him the previous day...

OTC walks in, and pulls Tyriok along with her. She plops down the jewelry box in front of the shopkeeper.

"How much would you buy this for?"

She turns to Tyriok.

"Make sure he's not trying to pull one on me."
