Your first 12 hour leg of the journey brings you to the fork in the river. Lyra make a perception check, Krakle make an investigation check, Tori make a survival check, and Magoo just roll a d100.
Magoo feels a bit odd about his next actions but does them anyway. He draws his short sword and stares intently at the mobile foliage to attempt to discern, well, anything about it. (Insight 12 or Nature 9, whichever you believe is appropriate). He does not attack because at this point it is unclear that the plant is a threat.
Krakel walks past Magoo and lets out a chuckle. “You don’t make friends with short swords, he might think you are trying to make a salad”.
“Do any of you remember if we have any Druid students that survived the crash, they might be able to communicate with the foliage so we know how sentient the plants are in the future?”
Krakel would try to find a spot to fashion a hammock from his rope and blanket. (Survival:10)
There is a dwarven druid student, his knowledge of soils metals minerals and natural growth and decay are astonishing. His name is Pwop since landing he has been exploring the area near the ship often.
Krakle ties one end of his hammock then goes to secure the other end, meanwhile the first end is now untied on the ground…
If the party is ready to take a long rest (feel free to interact with the shrubs, the flower fish, or anything else if you’d like)
once everyone is settled in for a long rest a rare sight begins you’ve been here about 90 days in that time you’ve seen 4-5 sunsets and 4-5 sunrises you are now witnessing a very long sunset all the shades of blue are displayed some stars are beginning to appear in the sky as well as the other two planets. The temperature cools but is not cold. And among the sounds of nature you can hear the sound of leaves shaking even without wind, there is a sploosh in the shallow water some long luminescent creatures are seen in the water. For a second it gets very quiet then far off there is a rumbling a roar and the moment passes.
Are you keeping watch do you try to track time or just wait for everyone to resume the hike? Any other interactions? How about light?
Tori isn't much of a cook, but will try and prepare the flower-fish for consumption of possible, of course doing basic survival practice of rubbing the cooked thing on her wrist to see if there's any toxins or allergins
Magoo also takes a step back and sheathes his sword, but his eyes periodically return to the mobile blue shrub. "I'm not a fan of salad. Now, a good steak would be great, but that might be a request for a different day." He walks slowly up to other bushes in the area to see their reactions - assuming they do the same as this plant-fellow, the animated plants will be further away from the camp the adventurers are establishing.
Assuming nothing amiss takes place, he then sits down on his bedroll and gazes up at the sky. The changing color is beautiful, but the changes, along with the noises, reminds him of their situation."I suggest we take turns watching while others rest. Two hours is the usual amount of time per person. I can take any shift."

Your first 12 hour leg of the journey brings you to the fork in the river. Lyra make a perception check, Krakle make an investigation check, Tori make a survival check, and Magoo just roll a d100.
Magic also thanks Tori for the mask and will join Lyra at the front of the foursome.
(Rolls a 59)
Investigation: 7(rolled in game log)
Lyra gets 18 on perception (rolled in game log)
11 survival (Rolled in game log)
Lyra your perception notices from a distance and when you get closer the foliage has moved around…
Krakle you are so wrapped up considering your new focused devotion you do not pick up much of anything on the long hike here…
Tori you see aquatic life in the shallow river and manage to collect what look like flower/fish. (@3lbs worth)
Magoo you have thoroughly had enough of a long days march, as you set your stuff down the bush right next to you takes a literal three steps back…
Lyra warns the others, "Watch out, the foliage here is able to move."
Magoo feels a bit odd about his next actions but does them anyway. He draws his short sword and stares intently at the mobile foliage to attempt to discern, well, anything about it. When the shrub stops moving it is in all ways a shrub. It is perfectly still at arms reach.
insight and nature reveal- apparently this is a blue mobile plant with personal space issues.
"Hope the trees aren't like that." Tori says under her breath
Krakel walks past Magoo and lets out a chuckle. “You don’t make friends with short swords, he might think you are trying to make a salad”.

Lyre has some druidic training, she tries to remember if any of those she learned from were aboard and are still alive.
