In his tale, the Ranger and Druid couple grew old together and died peacefully on the Rock of Bral (history 17 a famous spell jamming port). Picking up a new crew and ending up here the ship crash everyone died including the Weeping Treant’s beloved (dryad).
When Krakel channels the divine power of Apollo and releases it upon the Weeping Tree it heals fully including bark leaves flowers and several seeds. A spirit (religion 12) of a beautiful lady comes out of the tree she laughs and dances circles around the mighty Treant as she slowly fades the entire body turns to a beautiful layered stone tree.
On the ground under the stone tree are many geodes and 4 living seeds which seem special the rose quartz is a match to Krackles vision of the alter he had earlier…
Magoo watches in wonder as the Treant turns into stone. “He had hard bark and strong punches, but soft innards as any thinking being should. May he rest peacefully now,” he says with respect. To his companions, “Maybe we can help him live on through his seedlings. Let’s bring them back, along with the geodes.”
“What a story to find just sitting on this hill for the last few hundred years. I believe perhaps we have brought them peace, and a chance to join their loved one again in spirit.” Krakel muses solemnly.
“Magoo that is a fine sentiment and I agree a good plan.”
The party laden with the rock crystal seeds and a sense of peace take the arduous journey back to the Lady Saradie. They have a few small encounters such as a slimy patch of shiny blue moss that moves like a caterpillar and like many native creatures avoids your light, crawls around your camp. Another breathlessly beautiful night that looks like the beginning of a sunrise as you get back.
Everyone is excited to see your return, especially Torri’s father. It seems the little Campestri has chosen him as a close friend and the small garden patch he tends is flourishing with seeds from the ship… Veggie soup tonight, and some flower fish too.
Please take this opportunity to roleplay your exploration and feel free to Roleplay npc reactions as they are friends and family. The week long day is about to dawn and the next resource gathering mission is already being planned.
Tori would gather those able bodied enough to choreograph a dance telling the tale of the tree, mixing in elements of her and her party's own adventures. (I'll try and work through some dialogue a little later)
Along the way back Krakel would have made a point to stop where the apples grew to collect some more. And to have Lyra mark it on the map.
When they returned to The Lady Saradie first he would have checked on any of those who had been ill. Offering some prayers and healing were needed.
Then he would take the apples he collected to the chef. Inquiring if he can begin making some cider and ale for the festive days coming in the near future.
Then finally ready to unwind Krakel will join in Tori’s dance and enjoy the fine meal her father had prepared for everyone. Also sharing tales of their adventures and of the vision for the new alter.
When Lyra returns, she shares her map updates to help the others. Especially the stones that mark 3 different paths,. Also that they've found evidence of two other ships that have crashed on this world. All in all, it takes her a while to pass on everything she's learned about this world on this trip.
As she sees it, the primary purpose of an explorer is to go and learn new places, then share what they've learned so that others can follow the trail they blazed.
Once she's finished reporting, she'll ask if anyone else has been out and what they found.

"So, I've been meaning to ask, with the new altar, is your God telling you to stay on this planet indefinitely? Just curious if you're still on board when we get the ship skyworthy again" *Tori asks Krakel after one of the story sessions*

“I don’t believe our destiny is set by Apollo. Only that he showed me a sign of our success in our mission. It seems worthy to offer praise to all our gods for our survival, and to ask them for guidance as we move forward. I have traveled many paths in my days, and this is but one leg of my journey, I happily will follow the road the universe lay before me where ever my service is needed.”Krakel shares with optimism for the communities future.
"I like that. Hopefully our roads lead the same direction for a time. While it's been brutal surviving out there, I've been growing fond of our little group." *Tori says with a little half smile*
Magoo gravitates towards the younger kids, not only because they have similar sizes but because they have similar mentalities, namely, playing tricks and jokes on each other and the older folks. Soon enough, Magoo and his minions are hiding things (undergarments is a favorite), switching things (but the learned not to mess with coffee supplies after a particularly grumpy response from a number of oldsters), and otherwise making a lighthearted nuisance of themselves around the camp. Magoo liberally shares with the youngsters stories of the adventures, taking care to accurately reflect what he has seen even if his reports of what he has done are easily recognized as complete falsehoods. After all, the kids need to accept and understand this blue world as it is but they do not need to accept Magoo’s role in it. He does spend some time with his adventure companions and does spend some quiet time meditating about the blue world.
“Listen here old soul, I am sorry for scorching you so. Allow me to repair some of the damage.” Krakel says with remorse.
Krakel lowers his head and offers a prayer to Apollo. He asks for a divine spark to heal the treant.
Channel divinity: Divine spark: 11 hp healed
Lyra asks, "What became of your companions?"
