Over the years I've picked up a variety of published 5e adventure paths/modules like Wild Beyond the Witchlight. I'm working my way through one at the moment with characters using 2014 rules but in future would like to switch to 2024 rules. Can the monsters be simply swapped over to 2024 versions, or is there a handy conversion chart somewhere?
