{The DNDBeyond VTT is only available while the DM has it open. So I can't see the map, I'm assuming Mika is within 30 feet of the Giant Centipede.}

Mika object to a big bug trying to grab one of her companions. She moves forward and tries to slice the centipede in half with her long sword.

Attack 17, damage 5 slashing (rolled in game log)

{If she can't get in melee range, but can get in sight, she'll launch a firebolt at it instead. Using same attack roll that would hit AC 18, damage 1 fire}

Myrith

Dex save 7

She will cast Word of Radiance. Centipede needs to make 13 Con save or take 1 radiant damage.

Requires Wis 13 to avoid, otherwise takes 4 necrotic damage

Mika continues hacking at the giant centipede with her longsword. This time she catches it in a weak spot, a joint between segments.

Attack 24 (nat 20 for crit), crit damage: 10 (both rolled in game log)

Mika kills the giant centipede

You hear sounds coming from behind the door to the East. The goblins are alerted to the fight but have not come out. 

What do you do? 

Mika comments, "Sounds like the goblins are getting ready for us. Shall we charge in before they finish preparing?"

Myrith looks at him "I guess it's your turn to take the lead. "
